Summary:

Step into The Edge and enjoy unobstructed views of The Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu from all three levels of this home.



With 5 ample bedrooms and 3.5 luxurious bathrooms everyone will have a sanctuary to escape too and rest and relax.



Come together in the large open plan living and dining space boasting 3.5 meter high windows, gas fireplace, sleek modern furniture and contemporary kitchen.



The Space:

This home was built and furnished in 2020 and has been thoughtfully designed with luxury and comfort in mind.



Conveniently located in the Queenstown Hill area providing quick and easy access to the ski fields and only a few minutes drive from Queenstown center and Queenstown airport.



Large open plan living area stylishly furnished by McKenzie Willis with large Smart TV. Stay warm and enjoy the ambience from the gas fire place and turn on reverse cycle air conditioning system. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides every facility for the chefs in the family that can be beautifully served at the 8-seater dining table.



Enjoy the views from The Edge’s deck at the front of the property or soak up the sun from the rear deck with gas BBQ and large outdoor dining area.



The home has 5 ample bedrooms with their own reverse cycle air condition systems. The luxurious 3.5 bathrooms include a bathtub, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

This property did not disappoint! The pictures didn't do it justice... breathtaking views, comfortable beds, and since it was cold when we were there, the heated bathroom floors were an added luxury that made the home even more cozy! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Good stay

Good stay. Accommodation was good as always. Very clean and warm. A couple of things needed maintenance like waste disposal unit and a couple of pans/lids with missing screws. But only minor things. Location is very good for a ski holiday. View spectacular.

Fabulous holiday home

Our stay was wonderful. Situated high up on the side of the hill gave us spectacular views and also close to the city centre. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen/dining area was large and perfect for our family of 7. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. And importantly, house was also very clean. Our communication with the property manager was efficient and uncomplicated making check in and out very easy. Loved Step into the Ridge and highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay with friends

The property was great with 5 bedrooms. Only downside is 1 bedroom has no windows or aircon or fan, therefore no ventilation. Owners should consider fixing that situation (made it difficult for one of our party to sleep there every night - room was far too hot. Other than that, the house was immaculate, awesome views and fantastic location.

Everything was excellent. The rental was very clean and well appointed. The view is unrivaled. My wife wished for tissues, but that is a pretty small recommendation.

Home away from home - but better!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Edge. Perfect location for going into town as well as getting to the ski hills. Absolutely perfect for 5 adults to all stay and feel comfortable. The house is as functional as it is beautiful- we didn’t want to leave so will definitely be booking again.

Great long weekend ski trip

8 of us stayed in this 4 story house. It was warm and bvery clean. We intend to book and stay here again for our next ski trip to Queenstown. It also has a great view of the lake, the Remarkables and you can see the airport.

Amazing views!

House is very clean, warm and has fantastic views from every room in the house. Good sized bedrooms and living areas. Property manager has great communication and dealt with small issues of a few missing kitchen items very quickly. Stairs are a bit of hard work after a day's skiing but that's the price you pay for the views I guess. Overall very happy with the house.

stunning views of the mountains and lake Wakatipu with a large sunny livng area

Great place with brilliat views of lake wakatipu . Lot sf stairs but bathrooms and bedrooms well laid out on each level. The beds were all very comfortable. Just a few minor issues - Kitchen was short of an egg flipper. Fortunately one of our family was used to using an induction cook top - might be handy to leave instructions more accessible to the kitchen ! No gas in the BBQ was a little annoying. Frypan surface was previously burnt which meant we had difficulty using it . Otherwise we were very happy with the place. It was very warm and comfortable with good comfortable seating with plenty of good lighting. Thank you very much for the great stay. We would happily rebook to come back
