Welcome to Villa Soleil! This gorgeous waterfront home is perfect for a fabulous Florida getaway. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home boasting 2,326 sq. ft. is great for a family vacation. It is perfectly located in the coveted SW Cape on the Gulf Access Spreader canal with western exposure where you will see gorgeous sunsets. There are also a variety of shops, golf courses, airports, and beaches within a short drive. The Boat Lift is not available.
KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has a kayak, bikes and a pool table.
Living Room: The living room offers plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, fireplace and a view of the pool.
Dining Area: Located off of the kitchen, will find a dining table with seating for six.
Kitchen: The spacious open concept kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
