Private heated pool and hot tub. The electricity is included and you can set your own water temperature. 🌴

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with an office / game room and a two car garage. Enjoy sitting at the huge pier with miles of tournament quality fishing. Bring your boat or simply enjoy the Florida sun. Sign up for the tournament or fish from your own backyard.

Minutes to Matlacha, Coral Oaks Golf Course and Royal Tee Golf Course. This property is centrally located between Pine Island, Fort Myers and everything in the Cape Coral area.

The game room has a table top game console, a Wii, huge Connect4 and plenty of games. The backyard has a Corn-hole Toss and a new privacy fence to one side. If you enjoy family fun and Florida sun, this place is for you.

The house has numerous USB charging ports throughout. They are located in the master lamps, office, living room, foyer, kitchen and canal facing bedrooms. Apple TV’s are connected to all internal TVs and the pool TV is a smartTV which utilizes WiFi. All TVs have an over the air antenna with several local and national stations.

We use external Ring cameras facing the perimeter and facing HVAC equipment and a Ring doorbell to protect the property. The property has a Ring home alarm that can be utilized by the guests as well. Ring camera audio is turned off and no audio recording are collected per Florida state law. There are no cameras covering pool, hot tubs or interior of the home.

Lighting is automated with Honeywell light switches that come on at dusk. We use an August deadbolt with Bluetooth and WiFi with an external keypad and a unique code for your stay. The property utilizes battery backup smoke and CO detectors with fire extinguishers in the garage and under the kitchen sink. Ethernet ports are available in the living room and second bedroom. Excellent high speed Internet service is provided with WiFi throughout the property.

This property is located on a residential street surrounded by canals, new homes and walking distance to tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball and a city maintained children’s playground.

The house was top notch and was exactly as described in the listing. The rooms and yard were just as beautiful as the photos showed. Jim, the owner, was very helpful answering questions that we had ahead of the stay and during. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to a Publix. There were items for the beach and fishing the channel. We would love to visit again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and would give it a first star review. the ower keeps this property in first class condition, the owner left us a welcome pack of biscuits and chocolate and wine. the owner even kept us informed when the pool person and gardening people were about to arrive.Would definitely give this property a thumbs up..

We had an amazing 8-night stay at this beautiful home! As a family of five, we truly enjoyed every minute—from swimming every day in the pool, to watching outdoor movies and playing bags in the yard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. Jim was a fantastic host—very helpful and responsive, with great recommendations for restaurants and local spots to explore. We would absolutely love to come back again!

Great Location, Amazing Host!

Host went above an beyond to make sure our stay was prefect. We have 3 kids under 5 and all had a blast! We didn't need to bring anything extra on our flight. We were missing a infant chair/high chair and host immediately ordered one for next day delivery for us, so it was available the same day we arrived. House was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our week here. All the extra steps were taken to make sure our stay was perfect. House is not far from the beaches and all the attractions. We will be coming back.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed the last week of May 2025 from Wisconsin, and our family had an amazing time! I’m a planner by nature, and the welcome email was the best I’ve ever seen—thorough, helpful, and made packing easy. It answered every question before I even had to ask!The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe, with several police officers living nearby.The house was immaculate. Stone floors can be tricky to clean, but this home was spotless. It had everything we needed: beach chairs, a beach wagon, pool toys, towels, plasticware, and more. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, tumblers, and dishes for poolside dining.The pictures don’t do it justice—this place is a dream! Our kids (9, 7, and 2) loved the pool, swimming for over 4 hours every day. It was warm, clean, and featured a fast-heating hot tub. They even said it was better than the Wisconsin Dells waterparks where we live! The game room was perfect for their age, but not too advanced as this was a trip to be mostly without screens.After a tough year marked by recent family losses, we needed a getaway to relax and recharge, and this place was everything we had hoped for and more. We can’t recommend it enough and are already planning to make it an annual tradition. Thank you, James!

Gorgeous Home!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Jim, the owner is very accommodating and responds to questions quickly. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Jim was kind enough to come to the house to meet us and to show us how to properly get in and out from the kayaks from the dock and to show us what to do if an alligator were to approach, this is Florida and there are gators! The beds are super comfy, and the house is CLEAN! We spent the majority of our time in the pool, Jim asked us our preferred pool and spa temperature before our arrival and set it to our requested temperature. There are two bikes with helmets for use, everything from a cooler, umbrella and beach towels for a day at the beach. Grocery, fuel and all shopping needs are close by. Pine Island is just a few minutes away by car where we enjoyed exploring and ate at a fabulous waterfront restaurant called Yucatan Waterfront Bar & Grill. This house scores as a 10We are already planning our return to Jim's home again next May.Thank you Jim for your hospitality, we enjoyed every minute! Can't wait to come back!

Relaxing

Total relaxation

This home is exactly as you see in the photos!Its location is very quiet. We felt at home as soon as we unpacked. We enjoyed the lanai and pool as well as the fish activities in the canal. A beautiful home well appointed. Very clean. You will find everything you need for your stay.Would love to stay here again!The only recommendation I have is to get a larger grill and it would be great to have it closer to the house.

Family Vacation Disrupted by Noise

My family (2 kids aged 1 & 5, 4 adults) spent 4 weeks at this rental. While the listing was accurate and all promised amenities were provided, a significant issue was NOT disclosed: the noise levels in the area.The noise primarily comes from 2 major sources: ongoing construction of at least 40 new homes within a 1-mile radius and heavy traffic esp. on Burnt Store Rd. This unfortunate situation turned our relaxing family vacation into a stressful experience. We had hoped to enjoy games and BBQs in the sun, but instead faced constant disturbances, with noise levels comparable to living next to a racetrack.During rush hours, we measured noise levels using iPhones at 63dB in the pool area, which peaked above 70dB during full-throttle acceleration of heavy trucks. Inside the house, the noise level was around 33dB. Outside of rush hours, most noise came from construction. When we contacted the host, he suggested turning up the music to drown out the noise or using a voucher for Tarpon Lodge as an escape. However, given the price we were paying for our stay, we found it difficult to take this suggestion seriously.As frequent visitors to South Cape Coral, we were disappointed to encounter such an environment in Burnt Store. We invested a big portion of our savings into this stay, only to face these challenges.As there is a similar review about this rental, we recommend that future guests specifically inquire about traffic and construction before booking.We will not return.

Fantastic property

We had a lovely week in Cape Coral. The villa was lovely and a great place to chill out for the week. The villa was really well equipped and James was a great host, ensuring that we had all the info we needed. The villa is one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in, so we would highly recommend to anyone. The villa was in a great, quiet location with alovely outlook over one of the canals.

Fabulous stay AGAIN

James goes above and beyond making sure everything is absolutely perfect for his guests. From setting the pool/hot tub temperatures to his guest’s wishes to extra touches like leaving chocolates. The house and grounds are extremely well-kept and we had only been in the house a short-time when James checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. He even goes further by offering suggestions for places to eat, tour and enjoy the area. Highly, highly recommend this destination. Not our first trip to this location and it won’t be the last!

This place is amazing!!

This house was amazing!! Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. In a great location with a grocery store and restaurants close but you really don’t need any of those things because all we did was lay around by the pool!! We will be back for sure. Really enjoyed our trip and the host was a great communicator!!

Amazing property!

Absolute best experience with host-from pre-booking questions, all the way through the end of our stay. James is extremely helpful, provided well detailed instructions, and was always available/willing to help or provide recommendations for our stay. He even reached out ahead to make sure the pool/spa would be set at our desired temp for our arrival. He definitely goes above and beyond compared to anyone else I’ve rented from! Our family rented the house for a month and it had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great neighborhood (enjoyed walks and bike rides each morning), and is located close to stores and lots of good food options. It was our perfect home away from home and we would absolutely rent from James again!!

This property is beautiful & has everything you need for your stay. We spent most of our time in the pool area just relaxing or reading & enjoying the beautiful weather. Awesome well equipped house!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Owners go extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in. Pool and hot tub were great! Highly recommend and would def stay here again!
