Step outside to discover the home’s private backyard oasis, complete with a dock that offers direct access to the Caloosahatchee River in just minutes—perfect for boating, fishing, or scenic cruising. Spend your days lounging poolside by the private heated pool or enjoying alfresco meals from the fully stocked outdoor kitchen, featuring a gas grill, wet bar, and mini-fridge. As the sun sets, sink into the hot tub under a canopy of stars or unwind with a drink in the shaded canal-side seating area, complete with chaise lounges and a comfortable sectional for relaxed gatherings.





Inside, the elegance continues with soaring cathedral ceilings, custom arch moldings, and granite finishes throughout. The indoor living space offers a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication with plush seating, a large TV, and stylish décor. The chef’s kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space, while the second floor is exclusively dedicated to the main suite. This serene retreat offers stunning canal views, a spa-inspired en suite with a jetted tub, and space for yoga or remote work. Three additional guest bedrooms and two well-designed bathrooms complete the downstairs layout, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone in your group.





Things to Know

Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and spa! Please note there is an optional pool heat fee of $32.00 per day if you’d like the pool or spa to be heated during your stay. Just let us know in advance so we can have it warmed up and ready for your arrival!

The fireplace is non-operational.

The dock is currently not available as it is being repaired from hurricane damage. However, the area is clean and suitable for sunbathing, along with plenty of lounge chairs, etc. Arrangements can be made to house/dock a boat from and into the two nearby marinas. Please Contact us for details.

Great location

Clean, plenty of room. Would recommend. Only issue was they very recently spray painted the outdoor patio chairs black- and it showed on most of our clothes.

Short Getaway

The house is located within a short walk of Fathoms and other restaurants. The local Publix is just a mile away. the home was clean and ample room for our 5 guest. The pool and hot tub was a delight.

Very nice place with a great pool

Very nice house with a really nice pool and patio area. Lots of nice finishes in the house and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels (even though we had brought our own). Loved the amount of communication with the management company before the stay and how they explained everything we needed to know before arriving. Really enjoyed our stay!

Family Trip

The overall experience was good. The house was beautiful and as advertised online. Would live to visit again in the neat future. The major comaint is that the sheets were not properly cleaned, the towels smelled like mildew, and the glasses had not been washed.

Beautiful home on a great spot on the canal. Being able to dock a boat was wonderful and the property was very nice. Did have some mold growing in the master suite bathroom, but I`m sure it will be fixed for the next rental. Recommend this, but be quiet! Just what we were LQQKING for! 🌴

Very Beautiful updated place on the canal. The views are Amazing! Great neighborhood. Very easy to find. I would Suggest more towels for the guests. The weather wasn’t the best For the time there. But all in all it was a 10 out of 10. Thank you! My family really enjoyed it.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. I reached out to Tracy, the property manager for an iron and she delivered one within minutes...she was wonderful and her response time was superb. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. I was a little sad that the balcony off the master suite was closed off and I would recommend opening this up as I had planned to utilize the space as my reading area! 😊 Thank you for providing a beautiful, relaxing and clean property.
