Our beautiful 3BR / 2.5BA Jamaica Beach bay home features water front views, a private pool, hot tub, and an exciting outdoor living area complete with a TV and bar, and fantastic fishing right off the dock.

LIVING AREA
You’ll feel like you’re on the beach all the time with the cheery coastal-themed décor and color scheme throughout this home. The open-concept living area, flooded with light thanks to its big windows and pitched ceiling, features a comfortable sitting area with a wall-mounted 55" UHD TV and ample room for all your family and friends. Step through the double doors to a large patio with a wrought iron dining table for six and a covered living area overlooking the bay.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is on the other end of this open floor plan and is outfitted with a full offering of brand-new stainless-steel appliances plus a handy, rustic island sized perfectly for chopping and mixing. Three can sit at the kitchen bar with a coffee or a glass of sangria. Enjoy full meals at the dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor. The roomy master has a plush king-size bed and French doors leading to a private balcony with an incredible view of the bay. The en-suite master bathroom is equipped with a large shower and granite countertops.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and simple yet eclectic décor, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twins: ideal for young vacationers. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with pedestal sink and full-sized shower / tub combo.

All three bedrooms have a digital alarm clock with USB charging stations for phones and devices.

OUTDOOR AREAS
In addition to the two balconies on the second and third floors, this home features a large outdoor living area on the ground floor offering dining areas in both sun and shade, across a fabulous, expansive patio. Relax on the wicker furniture in the covered living area complete with 55" UHD TV. Grab a drink at the patio bar or eat at the high-top table with exquisite views of the water.

If that isn’t enough, the house also features a stunning private pool and spa with waterfalls, surrounded by palm trees. For a one time fee, the spa may be heated for an extra $50 fee upon request. For an additional $150 fee, you may request to heat both the pool and the spa. (The pool cannot be heated when the air temperature is below 50 degrees.) Use the half bath and outdoor shower on the ground floor to clean up when you come back from the beach or bay.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
The property is equipped with two kayaks for guest use. Please note that no pets of any kind are allowed inside the house or on the property.

THE LOCATION
We’re right on the best canal in Jamaica Beach, meaning there’s room enough for you to bring your boat! The canal is 500 ft away from the entrance to Galveston Bay and world class fishing for trout, redfish, and flounder. It is truly a fisherman’s paradise. There is a large dock area where a boat could be tied up and launched as well.
As for dining, the home is surrounded by a range of excellent seafood options. Try the flounder and gumbo at Nate’s West End.

When you’re ready to hit the beach, Galveston Island State Park is only 2 miles away. Or treat the kids to a day of rides and games at the historic Galveston Island Pleasure Pier, a 26-minute drive from the home.
