Once you enter the unit you will be greeted with necessities you need while on vacation. The bedroom offers a King sized bed with a closet and dresser for storing your items. There is a SMART TV for movie watching.
There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.
The kitchen comes fully equipped to take care of meal time while on vacation. There is a dining table and just off the dining area is the living room with a SMART tv.
The living room boasts views of the Gulf Beaches and offers extra sleeping with a pull out Murphy full sized bed.
Off the living room is your very private balcony which overlooks the beach and gulf. The sunset view is breathtaking.
When you are ready to venture outside, there is a large pool with deck and chairs right on the Gulf. The property also has tennis courts for use by guests. Off property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, Dining and adventures await just minutes away.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.
There is assigned parking for one vehicle and one space for guest (first come/first serve).
