Discover the ultimate retreat in the heart of Hilton Head Island at our spacious 2-bedroom, two-story villa. Perfect for families or friends, this cozy escape offers all the comforts of home with thoughtful upgrades and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.
Villa Highlights:
Modern Kitchen: Updated with new appliances. Fully stocked with cookware, dishware, a full pantry, and counter-height seating for casual dining or conversation.
Cozy Living Room: Relax on a chaise sofa or oversized love seat that is a twin sofa sleeper. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with cable and app streaming.
Comfortable Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and ample storage with dresser.
Guest Bedroom: Two queen-size beds, a wardrobe closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outdoor Space: Balcony with seating for dining or unwinding while overlooking the fountain and pond.
Thoughtful Amenities:
Laundry: Convenient stackable washer & dryer upstairs in the hallway.
Beach Essentials: Beach wagon, four chairs, and towels included for your seaside adventures.

There are unmarked parking spaces in the parking lot for a second vehicle. There will be 2 parking passes on the counter at check in. Please display parking passes on your dashboard while parked in Tanglewood Villas. Towing is enforced. The unmarked parking spaces are first-come first-serve.

Our island is lined with pedestrian walkways & bike paths, making getting to the beach a breeze.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
