Designed with both relaxation and connection in mind, the spacious layout offers room for everyone to unwind. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, while the fourth bedroom upstairs provides a peaceful retreat. With three well-appointed bathrooms, the home is perfectly suited to families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, the perfect space to gather, cook, share meals and create lasting memories together.

With three separate living zones, there’s space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own quiet moments, whether that’s a movie night downstairs or a relaxed afternoon with a book.

From the open-plan living/dining area, step out to the backyard with a seating area and BBQ.

The true highlight awaits upstairs, a light-filled living area that opens onto a generous deck, where you can unwind, soak in the fresh coastal air and take in the beautiful ocean views.

The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1: 1x King-size bed (Ground floor)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen-size bed (Ground floor)
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen-size bed (Ground floor)
Bedroom 4: 1x Tri Bunk bed (Double bottom / Single top) - Upstairs

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. External CCTV is in place, monitored only in the event of concerns or issues. The security cameras are located on the front garage wall, side garage wall, back wall and side Pergola.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team; we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home; therefore, unfortunately, we will not get a chance to meet. This provides a simple, convenient way for you to enter and leave the home.
