Convenient location to shopping, beaches, fishing, and downtown eating and events.

Large spacious master suite with huge soaking tub and walk-in shower. The king-sized bed makes this room a luxurious getaway for anyone.

Televisions in all 3 bedrooms and in the comfy living room, all new appliances, washer and dryer, large seating area under the lanai and of course a beautiful pool.

High-speed internet and we have a new HP printer /scanner/copier available for use.
This neighborhood is a nice area for taking walks and enjoying the fresh air.

Everything you need for a day at the beach: Beach chairs, blankets, coolers…

Everything for a toddler: high chair, strollers, pack’s play; life jackets for children…

Fabulous property. Homely with all the extras. Nothing was forgotten. Communication with owners was second to none. So helpful with everything. Great place, great location

Very nice three bedroom, two bath property, great pool and plenty of space for 4-6 adults or family with kids. Very well appointed property, had everything we needed and wanted. Great communication with owner. Would gladly stay there again. Probably our favorite place out of the many VRBO we have used.

Came With Everything

House was just as described and had everything you could possibly need. Sunscreen, after sun, so many towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair detangler, plenty of beach toys, chairs, beach towels, canopy, etc. Fully stocked kitchen accessories and basic pantry items. Owners were very nice and accommodating and quick to reply to communication. Would stay here again.

Exceptional all around

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. 3 generous bedrooms all charmingly decorated. We loved the heated pool and spent most of our time on the back lanai. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is supplied. We loved it so much, we are booked in for next year. Host Donna is amazing. You can’t go wrong booking this home away from home….cheers

Great stay in Cape Coral

We grew up in Cape Coral and we enjoy being able to come back and visit our friends and family. This home is perfectly located to easily access all the attractions and beautiful sights in the area. The pool is large and warm! The McCaws are wonderful hosts. Their home has everything you need, great communication and accommodating to enhancing your stay.

Family vacation

This home was is set in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything we needed. The pool was wonderful!! This home had all the amenities you could ask for, a Christmas tree was also available for our using. That was a special touch that made our stay more welcoming.

Amazing property

The home is exactly as described super clean, up to date and decorated very nice. The neighborhood was lovely and easy to get to. Donna was a delight to work with. The best of all was the outdoor space my granddaughter loved the pool and we loved being able to sit outside with the fan on.

Fantastic stay at great accommodation

The communication with Donna before and during our stay was very friendly and helpful. We always received a quick reply to any message. The house is very well thought through, we didn't miss anything. All kind of amenities were provided, everything available for our use (many towels, pool toys, detergent,...). The pool was great, as well as the outdoor eating space incl. barbecue. We would definitely stay there again, we had a fantastic couple of days. Thank you!

Great Place

Highly recommend this rental property. The McCaw's were very responsive when we had questions or needed some vacation advice! Rental was as described. Very clean and as just as description in listing. Would love to return for another stay. Pool was a great amenity as it rained 3 of the 5 days we were there. Comfortable space and had everything we needed, but also close to anything we thought we needed too! Thank you for a great experience! Also loved the burrowing owls in the neighborhood. A neat extra!

Liitle Bit of Heaven

We had a little struggle getting in with the code but once we got connected with the host it was smooth sailing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and it was close enough to enjoy Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Also, the burrowing owls along the road the house was on were so fun to see. I would highly recommend this place.

House made our trip amazing

This house checked all the boxes! The location was convenient to go explore all of the area beaches and islands. Quick access to lots of dining options! Let me say, the host offers so many extras that make your stay stress free. We were able to take a few days of our trip just to relax at pool and enjoy the sun. We would definitely be back with our family.

Exactly as described

Clean, cozy, practical. Property had all amenities listed (including dish, hand, and laundry soap). Had a little issue (could not be helped), but owners were receptive and generous with getting resolved. Would rent this place again every time I make a trip to Cape or surrounding area.

Perfect stay

This house does not leave any wish open. It is perfectly equipped and we enjoyed and appreciated the complimentary use of the additional amenities, for example like beach chairs (super useful), kids stuff for the pool, the dryer for wet swim wear and much more! Communication with the owners was super easy and they are very welcoming and nice. Thank you and greetings from Germany!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Dieses Haus hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Es steht alles zur freien Verfügung, was man für einen Strandbesuch benötigt. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger, sicherer Nachbarschaft und ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Die Wege zu Supermarkt oder Restaurants sind kurz. Wir haben uns super erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

My husband is a semi-retired agri-salesman. He grew up on a farm and loves the outdoors. He has many talents and loves woodworking. I am a retired school administrator and university professor. I love working with people, reading, and doing crafts. We have a beautiful daughter, an amazing son-in-law, and 2 wonderful granddaughters.

We spent a winter month in a rental in Cape Coral and fell in love with the climate, the people, the amazing flea markets, beaches, farmer markets, and events! You will too! We loved it so much that we decided to buy a house. We furnished it in a manner for comfort and relaxation; purchasing appliances, mattresses, and other items that we would have in our own home. We did not put the "rental type" of products in because we want you to feel welcome and at home. We know that "getting away" can be stressful in and of itself, so we tried to give you an environment where you can just "be" with family or friends or by yourself.

It's a wonderful walking neighborhood. Safe. Clean. Friendly!
It really is quiet - which has become rarer and rarer in today's busy world.
