This single Family 3 bedroom 2 bath home will give you all the accommodations you and your family need. El Sun Dorado is located 1.5 miles from Cape Coral beach and the infamous Boat House bar and grill.

El Sun Dorado provides amenities such as a Screened in pool, outdoor bar w/ grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture for entertainment. El Sun Dorado is located just minutes from all of Cape Coral’s downtown restaurants and bars. The backyard canal allows for fishing and is a short boat ride to the Caloosahatchee river.

The garage includes washer/dryer, fishing poles, bikes, rafts, and beach necessities!

Inside you have beach towels, bath towels, and all your kitchen needs!

TVs are located in each bedroom, living room and two out on the lanai!

July 4th weekend

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend. The place was well kept and very clean. We kept our boat on the dock too. We love the Cape Coral/Sannabel area, coming down once a year. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property

This property was amazing, it was very clean on arrival and communication with the owners was excellent. The area was very quiet, it is also a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to return.

Great location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, including the Boathouse Tiki Bar, which is our favorite! We used the pool daily as well as the bicycles located in the garage. We would defiantly choose this location for any future Cape Coral visits.

Amazing stay!!!

We stayed here for a month with 4 adults and one baby. The home was fully equipped! The outdoor area was perfection and we spent most of our time out there. The location was safe and quiet. Highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent family vacation

Our first family vacation to Florida and we chose Cape Coral since it is close to Fort Myers and Sanibel, the house was perfect for our family of 4, we loved the pool we spent hours a day in it! The garage was stocked with beach supplies, pool floats and fishing poles that we also used. Also had beach towels galore!! We met the owners of the house next door and they were all nice and let us fish off of their dock too. The house was super clean and we would definitely recommend!

Great location, great time

We spent 3 enjoyable weeks at the house in Cape Coral. The pool was great. The location is very convenient to groceries, restaurants and the river by water. We rented a boat for 2 of the weeks and boated to islands and waterfront restaurants. We met the neighbors on both sides and they were all very welcoming, offering assistance and local information if we should need it. Chad was very responsive to my questions.

We left MN to escape the cold. Our first week was cold but it warmed up 2nd week.The property had everything we needed. The pool was awesome. The neighborhood was very nice and having access to bikes was great!

Perfect set up for families and friend groups of all kinds!

This house is perfect, clean, well stocked, well situated in the neighborhood and in town and right on the water. You have your own cool and plenty of things in the neighborhood to do. You are close to many attractions and many towns are just a quick drive away!

Well stocked and lovely!

This house was marvelous. Safe neighborhood, great communication with owners, close to lots of great experiences. The house was one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. The pool is salt water, which was a great surprise! Would recommend for sure.

Wonderful Vacation

Property was spotless. Spent most of our time on the spacious lanai or in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed to prepare meals indoor or on the outside grill. Property is walking distance to local bars and restaurants. The host Chad was very nice and responsive with any questions we had before or during our stay.

Loved it!

“Everything was so amazing” from my 6 year old. Myself and my family kids age 6, 10, and 14 loved the pool especially Fishing was great, nice location and we had everything we needed. It was private and the bikes, fishing and beach equipment was a nice bonus Great communication with the host!

Truly relaxing

This was my first stay at a Vrbo home for my small family of three. The house was perfect . Loved the back porch with the beautifully maintained pool. The house had everything you may need. Very comfortable and about 8 blocks from the public Yacht club with a beach and a fun restaurant/bar, which I enjoyed riding my bike too daily. The neighbor is quiet and friendly. Cape Coral is wonderful and has a nice breeze to help with the summer heat. Again the property was well stocked with everything you may need. The decor is beachy and cute/comfortable.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Wonderful month at El Dorado

We loved our stay at El Dorado! We really enjoyed the heated pool, the lanai with the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor tv. The four sliding doors connecting the inside to the outside was a treat. It was obvious that it is a well cared for property as we saw the people taking care of the pool and the lawn. We appreciated the laundry in the garage, the bikes, and the beach accessories. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with Chad was very good. We would highly recommend staying here. Stayed January, 2023.

My 60th birthday

My wife and I booked this stay with another couple (they backed out) for my 60th Birthday. First, in an effort to surprise me my wife contacted the home owner without me knowing and asked if friends could decorate before we got there and it was allowed.(AWESOME) The back patio and pool was such an amazing area for my wife and I to relax and unwind. We were a short ride to everywhere we went for dinner and breakfast. If I had to go in this area again I would without a doubt try and book this home again. Our friends who visited were amazed at the comfort and space of the home. Thank yo again for a wonderful place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood

The house was perfectly clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We never had any noisy neighbors or anything like that. Pool was beautiful and nice would have been better if it wouldn't have been a cold front while we were there but they do have a heated pool. The owner was very helpful if we ever reached out he responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again perfect place for a group of people to stay or even a couple. Has a nice outdoor area to sit and Grill and watch TV outside. They even have a nice area next to the canal where you can sit and drink coffee in the morning or have wine in the evening. Would have given a five-star but there was an issue with the bed in the master bedroom but spoke with the owner and he said he would check it out to find out what the issue could be. Also could use a few more washcloths had dozens of towels but just a few washcloths.
