You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
OUR STRICT RULES: 1. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. 2. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorized parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund. Hosting events and extra guests incurs an additional fee. 3. Checkout Time: Please check out by the specified time mentioned in your confirmation email or as indicated in your booking details on Airbnb. Requests for late checkout should be submitted 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 4. No smoking inside the property: Smoking, including the usage of any recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. $300 cleaning fee if violated. 5. Leave the property in a reasonable state: We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond the normal cleaning procedures will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning. 6. Notice about smart devices: This property is equipped with a video doorbell installed on the front door, which records video footage when motion is detected. Lastly, there is a Minut decibel reader located outside the property for monitoring noise levels. 7. DO NOT TURN OFF the spa main switches. Spa use is limited to hours up until 10 PM. 8. Any violation of the above rules may result in eviction with associated fees. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
