Welcome to our relaxing custom condo in the gated community of Bretz Mill in Shaver Lake. We are only a few minutes to the Village, Shaver Lake & China Peak Ski Resort! As you walk in you’ll immediately feel at home in this well-designed & well-kept cabin. You’ll notice the wood burning fireplace and cozy chairs to sit in and relax. Dining table accommodates 6 and there is seating for 3 at the bar top. Wi-Fi, 2 fireplaces, Smart TVs, Wii and board games are yours to enjoy with your family & friends. There is a shared hot tub, swimming pool and sauna on the property!

The cabin features 3 levels. The private primary bedroom is on the main level. Sink into the memory foam queen bed and relax in luxury bedding. Up the stairs is the roomy loft where you'll find a delightful memory foam California King bed and full-size futon. Loft also boasts a Smart flat screen tv.

Downstairs you will be enchanted with the amazing bonus room featuring a queen sleeper sofa & gas fireplace. Enjoy the Smart 55" flat screen TV with surround sound & have a snack at the gorgeous pub table. Need to get a little work done? Tap into the free Wi-Fi and sit at the custom wood desk and use the available printer. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig with provided pods, sugar & creamer.

This cabin also offers a large wraparound deck. Propane grill is available to use. Enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals prepared in the updated, well-equipped kitchen.

Bring your boat! There is boat parking available May-October.

Guests have access to the shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

The property is gated and you will need a code to enter.

As advertised. The layout is a bit funky as the main living room is downstairs but still works fine. Communication with host is great. One minor item- they have a kuerig coffee maker, but there was only one pod of coffee. Would be nice to have a regular coffee maker or French press as an alternative. Overall very clean and comfortable, will be back.

The amenities were amazing, this was our first cabin trip so naturally we left some necessities out but found great support at the cabin already there!! No shortage of options to stay warm or cook, as well as plenty of towels being available for us. Upon arrival it was incredibly clean and neat with easy access to utility items!

check in simple. Owner communicated very clearly and in real time which is always helpful. Kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Fridge was clean and empty. don't think ice maker worked but there was plenty made already. Induction stove top worked fine.

Snow Trip 2025

Second time returning guest, had a great time the first time had to come back again.My kids enjoyed a few video games that were available at the cabin, a family movie and pizza from a local restaurant. My kids enjoyed playing outside in the snow for a few minutes then we took them out to our favorite place to use their sleigh ( minutes away ) It was nice and relaxing, Kimber was very easy to communicate with.

My first Vrbo stay, and what a steal! Stayed over thanksgiving weekend. This rental has everything. They have pre-cut firewood for you. Check in and check out was simple and wonderful. They every remote and amenities fully explained in their handbooks. Two major wins is they have their TVs logged into streaming services accounts. I’ve never stayed anywhere, where they offered their own streaming services. I know this is a wild statement, but they have expensive toilet paper. They didn’t offer that one ply toilet paper most rentals offer. Honestly that was 5 stars The host communicated effectively. They don’t advertise this but they have plenty of board games to keep the family busy if it’s snowy out and you want to stay inside and stay warm by the fire. The vibes were cozy!! Excellent place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a great place to stay

Nice and spacious. Great place to stay and would come here again. It was three story. Next time i need to bring child gate for stairs would have been less stressful. Loved the balcony but would have loved to have had a firepit for smores. The only thing is the pool, jacuzzi, & sauna is far. I couldn't find them.

Hi Richard, unfortunately fire pits are not allowed in the mountain area. I wish you had reached out regarding the pool area, clear directions & a map are in the cabin. Thank you for your recommendation of child gates.

Fun in the Snow

It was great with all the utensil's and everything you need there to make a family meal. The neighbor was very wonderful. I was having trouble going down the stairs due to it being slippery with the snow and he help me with the ice-chested. It was hard to find the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. In the pictures it looked closer we asked people but we never found it. The stay there overall was great.

Lady is rude and unprofessional. Unreachable and was unable to come as we wanted due to ladies phone being off and gate unable to reach her phone. Spent more time waiting outside of gate than enjoying our stay. Ants everywhere including beds. Renter beware

I am a Superhost with over a hundred 5-star reviews. I did not reach this distinction by being rude, unprofessional or unavailable. I take great pride in our property and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Your delay of 8 minutes at the gate was due to a WiFi issue that was out of my control. The cabin is throughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest. We also spray the property for potential insects on a regular basis.
