Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home, including the backyard, heated pool, spa, and all listed amenities. The property is equipped with a smart lock for convenient and secure self check-in at any time after the designated check-in hour.

We respect our guests` privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. While we will not be present at the property, our team is always available and responsive through the messaging platform to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach. 30 minutes from MIA International airport. 3.7 mi from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the property is close to attractions such as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (7.5 mi) and Broward Convention Center (8.1 mi). Boating opportunities are available in the surrounding area.

** Booking Requirements **

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and sign our digital rental agreement prior to check-in. All communication will be managed through a secure third-party platform for your convenience.

***Pool & Spa Heating:**
Heating for the pool and spa is an optional amenity available for an additional fee of $50 per day. This must be paid prior to check-in. Please allow up to 48 hours for the water to reach the desired temperature.

Please note that the pool and spa share the same heating system and will always be heated to the same temperature. It is not possible to heat the spa or pool independently.

** BBQ Grill **

The BBQ grill must be cleaned by the guest after each use. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if it is left dirty.

** Check-in/Out **

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and scheduling. Please inquire in advance.

** Long-Term Stays **

For stays of 2 weeks or longer, an additional cleaning fee will be required to maintain the home`s condition.

** Security **

For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property. Tampering with or disabling these devices will result in a $100 fine and may lead to the termination of your stay.

** Liability **

Guests assume all risk for any accidents or injuries, particularly those related to the use of the pool and spa. The owner and property manager are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

** Local Wildlife **

This is a tropical environment. You may encounter local wildlife such as insects, lizards, and iguanas. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent them from entering the home. No refunds will be provided for encounters with local wildlife.

Please Read below:

1.Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home at any time.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely if you smoke outside.


2. People other than those on the reservation may not have access to the property without express permission from the host.


3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors

4. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.


5. Neither the Property Owner or the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, this includes the use of the swimming pool on the premises at any time. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises


6.Neither the property owner nor the property manager is responsible for the guest`s loss of personal belongings or valuables.


7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order


8. Only use appliances for their intended uses


9. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time


10. All guests staying 2 weeks, or more are required to have an additional cleaning at guest’s expense paid at time of booking. Host will send requests for funds through the resolution center.


11. Gas Grill (if available) will be maintained and cleaned after each use of. If not, guests will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning.

*Pet Policy:*

We are very specific about our pet policy at this property: *no animals are allowed.* This policy is clearly stated in our listing to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies.

*Service Animals:*

If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us in advance. A service animal must be with you at all times to fulfill its role. Upon arrival, you must provide details about the specific service the animal provides and its breed.

*Important Notices:*

- If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice, a pet fee will be charged.
- Non hypoallergenic animals must also be disclosed in advance.
- We have surveillance to ensure compliance with our policies. If you arrive without a pet and one appears later, we will enforce our policies accordingly.
