The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was very helpful and checked in several times. We loved the location! It was close to groceries, Keystone and Breck.

Nice unit, mountain and lake views. Only two issues were a too-tight toilet flush handle in the master, and we could not find the garage location, the number was not anywhere in the row. But the weather was good, didn't need it.

Spring skiing

Squeezed in a few days of Spring skiing at Copper with family and friends. Property is everything as advertised. Best place we have rented in Frisco for group size and price!

Winter Retreat

We stayed at this property while we spent 4 days skiing in the 2024 Blizzard of Colorado. It was so nice to come back to a nice cozy place. Lot was cleared every morning before we went skiing and the kids enjoyed warming up in the not tub.

Great Location

Great time over the holiday weekend in the mountains. Location is nice and quiet just off the beaten path, but wonderful easy access to the lake and just a short drive from all that Frisco, and the neighboring ski resorts, have to offer (love not having to wake up at 5 am for a day trip to the ski hill!). Property Manager was wonderful as far as communication. Check in and check out was easy.

Amazing with a great view and great location

This property is easy to get in and out of, as well as close to the highway. Upon entry we were greeted with wide open spaces and an amazing view of the lake, which was frozen and covered with snow. We visited so we could ski at a few of the resorts in the local area, and this house is in a perfect place for all the resorts. The house is fully stocked and made our trip compete. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Definitely a great spot to stay at.

Spring Break ‘24

Nice condo. Comfortable beds. Not enough lighting in the second (bunk) bedroom. The two floor lamps just not enough for that room. Kitchen well equipped. View of Lake Dillon blocked by other condo units but you can see the mountains in the distance. Nice having a garage but kind of a tight fit and wasn’t in same building as the condo (short walk to and from). Good location for visiting multiple ski areas. Overall, good.

Good base for skiing Summit County

The property was beautiful, as advertised. Great views of the mountains and lake, which were particularly stunning in the morning. It’s a bit of a drive to the ski areas, but we knew that going in. There can be a little noise from I-70, but it wasn’t a major issue (as in, it did not disturb conversations or sleep), and the garage is in a building away from the unit (so we opted for the parking nearer the unit). Those are the only complaints, and they were insignificant. Frisco was a nice surprise as it had a few more amenities and conveniences than I was aware of. Couldn’t tell whether the texts from the host were automated or human, but either way they were helpful. Would stay here again, without question.

Great Home Base

This was a great place to rest after spending the day on the slopes. We made trips to Vail, Steamboat, Copper and Ski Cooper from here. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were all very comfortable and I loved that they left a humidifier. That mountain air definitely takes time to adjust to. The bunk room was perfect for our four teens and the high clinging ensured everyone could sit up in their beds. I love the leave your food policy as I always hate throwing away unopened foods. The only touch that would have been nice was a couple of blankets in the living room to cozy up with while watching tv, reading and having forced family fun. 😂

Great for a family trip

Great spot for relaxing family time after exhausting ski days, which was our plan. Spacious, clean, contemporary, comfy beds. Nice open air, covered hot tub facility - 3 separate hot tubs so you don’t have to cozy up with other groups. Great location to sample different ski resorts. 2nd bedroom is crowded w two bunk beds, but that didn’t bother our 2 teenagers and would be great for a family with 3 or 4 kids. That room does need better lighting, though - only a couple small lamps keep it very dark. Master bath could also be brighter. Kitchen had mediocre cookware, missing some essentials like a cutting board, measuring cup and containers with lids. It’s not far from restaurants, stores and Frisco Main St but you do have to drive everywhere so wouldn’t be the best location if you’re planning to go out a lot in the evenings. Some difficulty with the information provided by mgmt company - inaccurate info about the trash and recycling; also, the lock on the door to the hot tub facility had been changed and we were never given the code, even after I called and spoke to someone. Overall, it’s a great spot for a family trip.

Great Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just right for my family using our epic passes between Breckenridge and Vail. Comfortable. Not too many stairs. Linens and towels were clean. Plenty of towels provided. Basic toiletries provided. Kitchen was stocked with what we need (just needed a big enough pot to make pasta). Knives look nice but need sharpening. Next time, we’ll bring our own sharpening stone :-). On/Off fireplace switch was nice to have. They also provided a couple humidifier which we definitely used. Easy check-in/out procedure. Would definitely come back and would recommend.
