By Car: While the apartment is in the heart of the action, please note there is no on-site parking. There are several commercial parking buildings (such as Wilson Parking) within a 2-3 minute walk.



On Foot: Wellington is the "coolest little capital" because it is highly walkable. Most CBD landmarks are reachable within a 10-20 minute stroll.

- Paid on street parking is available nearby at approximately $5 per hour, with free overnight parking during applicable hours.

- For guests who prefer secure parking, there is a secure car park located around a 5 minute walk away on Tory Street.



🏢 Building Access

Guests will need to park on Alpha Street to access the apartment building.

- A swipe card is provided inside the apartment and can be used to access the Courtenay Place entrance. The swipe card is kept on a hook in the kitchen.

- Please ensure the swipe card is returned to the kitchen hook before checkout, as it is required for building access.
