You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has two bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to six Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your private balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.

The two spacious bedrooms each offer ensuite bathrooms, wall-mounted Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more, are all within easy walking distance.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great stay in Savannah!

Great visit

It was clean and the location was ideal. The beds were a bit hard for my taste. And the rooftop left a bit to be desired. But it was overall a nice stay. And the host was very helpful.

We did a quick weekend get away. The place is walking distance to so much. You are in the downtown city area so if you are looking for quiet nights this wouldn’t be the place for you.

I love Savannah! This location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go! I’m not sure if it was because it was April (Spring break?) or not but it was very loud here well into the wee hours of the am!

The location was close to everything, but it was super loud at night. The condo had adequate but minimal provisions. No tissues or napkins. The beds are very firm. The staff from Lucky Savannah were very nice and responsive.

great for just a weekend

The location is terrific! The place is clean, attractive, and reasonably comfortable. The kitchen is very sparsely furnished. There is only one blanket - definitely need one for each bed + at least one throw for living room. We would go back for another short visit. If you're staying for longer, bring everything you need beyond the bare basics. If you've read other reviews: there are now wastebasket in the bathrooms, the street noise is no worse than expected for an urban location (we brought earplugs and a fan).

Get Away before Cruising

We picked this property due to the vicinity to everything "Savannah". Easy access to the Riverwalk, and the famous "squares". Lots of restaurants around. The property was very nice, small balcony to enjoy the outside in the morning, kitchen was equipped with dishes/ pots but minimal - just right for a quick meal or breakfast preparations. The 2 bedrooms are well sized and the bathrooms were very well equipped with amenities and plenty of towels. The only drawback is the parking situation. Make sure you plan on parking in one of the public parking garages and walk a few steps. Overall: Great stay - rooftop could use an umbrella as it gets hotter, but we would definitely stay there again. Management was quick in answering questions and making sure we were comfortable.

All cutting knives were dull and the can opener did not work.

As far as the room it was great , very clean and nice met our standards. Walking distance is great to town not far at all . The walls are very thin, outside noise and traffic you can hear very well inside . Lots of noise from other parties that were staying there. Didn’t get a goodnight sleep because of the noise . Cars were racing down the street and squealing tires until all hours of night . We were able each night we stayed which was two nights (Friday and Saturday )to fall asleep at about 3:00 am even though the ordinance was 10:00 pm for the historic district. Would recommend as far as a clean place to stay but if you want to sleep not so much .

Great Location

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. We selected it based on the location and access to the roof top patio which did not disappoint. We were able to walk everywhere and given it was November we were able to use the patio for two evenings. We were able to enjoy the balcony which accommodated the four of us easily. The comfort of the furniture is important for us and this property offered chair and sofa space for the four of us to sit comfortably and visit. We did not use the kitchen area for meal prep and would have liked a kettle but a pot of water on the stove worked just as well. We did rewash the wine glasses before use as dishwashers don't usually do a very good job on glassware. We did do a quick load of laundry and the machine was quiet. The showers were amazing!! The beds were comfortable as was the pull out sofa which we used. If you like sleeping in a dark environment be aware that there is a bright street light that shines into the living room area, the bedrooms were fine. We arrived a bit early and the Lucky staff were very accommodating, we had a place to leave our luggage if needed but we were able to get in early. We would definitely come back and stay at this location.

Terrible representation of property

Upon arrival codes did not work, so I had to contact the management company. Roof top is old and the wooden fence is broken in several spots. It had no umbrella, cushions or chaise lounge furniture as pictured. Location was extremely noisy, constant night time yelling and screaming by drunks. Elevator smelled like feces! Microwave cover broken and missing. Both bathroom fans did not work. Couch was dirty with chocolate spots on it? There were no sheets provided for use of pullout. I had to call management to drop off. There were very basic utilities and housewares in the rental. I stayed with friends and we were all disappointed with the amenities for the cost of this rental. We would not recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit seemed to be very nice and clean but upon further inspection it was definitely in need of some attention. If was extremely dusty and the floor was sticky. The heat unit was in the 2nd bedrooms closet and the closet door and closet walls were coated with a thick black dust, I guess from the air vent return. The rug in the dining area was stained and just did not look clean. The worst thing was actually the beds. It was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The unit was very noisy as well. It overlooks the ally and there is constant garbage pickup and trucks unloading, not to mention you can hear every move from the adjoining rooms beside you and above you. The only true plus to this unit is its location. It is very walkable to any of the nearby attractions. Also, the kitchen was nice, stocked well, and appliances were in good shape. However, if you choose to stay here be sure to bring ear plugs, a mattress pad and a dust cloth!!
