Located just steps from the sand at Oxnard Shores, this stunning retreat offers 4 luxurious bedrooms and 3 finely appointed bathrooms amid one of the most expansive private lots on the Shore. Boasting a backyard paradise complete with a sparkling swimming pool, spa, outdoor BBQ, turf putting green and more~this seaside Shangri-La is one of a kind!

The light and airy house features a great floor plan with contemporary furnishings and hardwood floors. The main suite has a sun deck that overlooks the pool and allows peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Wired with "Smart Home" technology, the property can be controlled by a mobile phone. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ is perfect for entertaining in the private beautifully landscaped yard. Offering 3 indoor parking spaces and a long driveway, there is ample parking on property.

Inside you will find the living room, dining area, stylish kitchen, spacious and open den with access to your large covered BBQ area with large sitting and dining area. On the first floor is also your first guest bedroom with Queen size Murphy bed.

Walk upstairs and find the master bedroom with King size bed, access to deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and backyard area. Master bathroom has large glass steam shower and tub. On this floor you will find your two other guest bedrooms one with two twins and the other with a queen size bed. Guest bedroom located in between the two rooms.

Weekly and monthly rentals only.

The home will be delivered to occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Our property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and prevention).

Such a big beautiful house so close to the sand!

I was at this property for (12) days, and it was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space, the pool/spa were great, and such a nice house to retreat to after spending the day at the beach.

Great property!

Was perfect for our family trip. It was very large, and the amenities are great. Location is great as well. The pool was super warm, the ping-pong table was a huge hit, the size/space were just awesome. Highly recommended.

In the backyard is even bigger than it seems and the bedrooms are all a nice size. Whatever there were a few challenges to our stay. First of all this home has instructions On things like the televisions, swimming pool, steam shower and other systems. Thus the spa kept draining itself and we couldn’t get the steam shower to work. Not huge issues but kind of a bummer.The kitchen was poorly equipped missing many basics such as measuring spoons, cookie sheets, knives, a toaster, placemats etc which made Cooking a bit challenging, nor did they provide basics such as K pods for the coffee maker which seems pretty standard in homes in this price range. The advertised outdoor kitchen does not exist there is a barbecue with counterspace but no barbecue tools whatsoever. Overall definitely a lovely home but at this price it should have everything.

Disappointing and overpriced

This is a beautiful property, however, expectations for accommodations for the price of the rental and what was provided do not align! 1- No coffee maker (fancy Keurig machine onsite but no baskets provided) 2- No blow dryer 3- No broom 4- No instructions for how to heat hot tub, turn on programmed lights, connect Smart TV to internet, windows, locks or fancy shower. 5- Fire hazard for all doors and gates that require key or code for entry and exit 6- No window treatments in extra bedroom (hello-neighbors!) 7- Bathroom doors do not lock 8- Bikes provided were broken, had flat tires - no wrench provided to adjust seat height if they did work 9- Dishwasher broken, had to hand wash dishes during our stay 10- We arrived the day before a holiday weekend, no response until two days later for broken dishwasher, instructions for smart TV, pool debris etc. 11- Pool skimmer net broken (winds had blown leaves into pool but no way to clean pool) 12- Lint filter on dryer broken 13- Picture hangers without pictures on walls everywhere? 14- Ice machine clogged when we arrived. Price of the property did not coincide with attention to detail or amenities.

Quiet beautiful spot

We had a great five days at the property! The house was very well maintained (apart from lots of frames missing from hooks) and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time at the house and walking on the beach (it was 2 minutes walk!!) and loved the little putting green and pool to hang! The beach is expansive and never was crowded - loved that aspect!! Loved how the pool had a protective gate to keep my 13 month old out! The area of Oxnard appeared quiet or it could have just been the way we did Oxnard but overall definitely recommend the house and the spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway. A few things: - it’s a fairly hi-tech house and didn’t come with a lot of instructions on how to operate things. - the couch in the LR must have had a cat or something on it before. We couldn’t use it and all had itchy eyes, sore throat and couching when we sat on it!

Spacious delight

This lovely home sits across the street from the Oxnard Shores Beach. This large, well designed home has an amazing quadruple sliding glass door that opens the kitchen up to the backyard and pool/jacuzzi. Stunning. We had an amazing time, thank you.

Don’t hesitate to rent this house

Reviewer Comments: Terrific beach house w a wonderful floor plan & lots of privacy among the bedrooms, which we didn’t need, but extra space is always an added benefit. We were one large family w various ages of children, grandparents, etc.The walk to the beach is 5 min. The park is 10 at the most. The pool was wonderful & the surrounding patio & grassy area very well- maintained.The only thing we needed to clean ( wipe down ) was the outdoors ping pong table & adjacent dining table & chairs. The bbq is large & worked very well. Having 2 fridges was a big plus for our group.Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels, nice bikes in garage, some pool toys, etc.My only complaint was the the 2nd upstrs bedroom has no window covering on its’ balcony door & a lot of light comes thru in the morning.ALL of us said it exceeded expectations & we’d definitely rent it again.

Beautiful house and location

This was a great stay! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. We went to the beach, park, and biked on the bike path. Initially we had trouble connecting with the manager but eventually found the text number and then they were quite responsive. Great stay and would come back!

Beautiful house and location

The house is beautiful and new, perfectly located less than a minute walk to the beach; you can watch the sunset from the terrace. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. We felt very safe in the house. The pool is a good size with great temp control, we were able to turn it into a hot tub and all hang out together since the actual hot tub jets were barely working. The house was definitely lacking basic supplies in the pantry like oil, creamer, coffee; there actually wasn’t anything besides spices. There also wasn’t any grilling tools. The management also wasn’t the most responsive. On top of paying $$$$ cleaning fee they asked us to wash the towels and strip all the sheets and put them in the washing machine. They also asked us take out the trash and “leave the house the way we found it” so we basically had to spend the last few hours of our trip cleaning up and doing laundry then they asked us to drop off the house key to another location.

Great retreat for a family gathering!

Reviewer Comments: We had a worry-free stay just steps from the sugary, white sand Mandalay beach near the Channel Islands harbor in Oxnard and are “homesick” already! With our adult children there was easy access to surfing, beach-combing, paddle boarding, hot-tubbing, grilling, creative cooking, movie watching, and reconnecting. The house was well stocked. We would bring additional gear for “large” cooking... maybe large bowl, casserole, frying pan... the 2 refrigerators meant we were not constant shopping! The farmers’ market was a gem, with growers and crafters, not just middlemen with buying power. The pool and hot tub were quickly heat able, once we figured out the complex remote control. There were lots of towels, both bath and beach. The beds were very comfortable and the linens high thread count. Our gang did workouts in the space adjacent to the garage... 5 moving bodies at one time! Beach toys we used included 4 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and they could all get rinsed in the efficient enclosed courtyard with hose and outdoor shower. We sincerely hope to be back sometime in the coming winter months! Thank you, owners, for sharing your sweet getaway with us!
