Tuscan Sol Ocean Front en Mandalay Shores

Obra de estilo toscano ubicada frente al mar, directamente en la amplia playa de arena de Mandalay Shores.

Esta playa es una joya escondida, fuera de lo común pero cerca de las comodidades de Santa Bárbara y Los Ángeles. La propiedad es única porque hay muchas terrazas y balcones al aire libre para disfrutar del aire libre y las VISTAS. Hay un patio semicerrado justo al lado de la cocina, perfecto para hacer barbacoas y relajarse. Durante la temporada de verano, alquilamos semanalmente solo de viernes a viernes.

La primera historia tiene una gran sala cálida y espaciosa abierta a las vistas al océano. La cocina es una delicia con todas las campanas y silbatos. El tocador de tocador único fue creado a partir de una antigüedad italiana del siglo XVIII. Hay 2 habitaciones y 1 baño en este nivel.

El segundo piso tiene una habitación de invitados con baño privado con vista al patio. El suntuoso retiro principal cuenta con una ducha de vapor, bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas y sauna seca privada, rodeada de impresionantes vistas al océano (¡incluso cuando está sentado en la sauna!).

El tercer piso cuenta con una habitación frente al océano con baño. La terraza exterior tiene mucho espacio para descansar y hay una bañera de hidromasaje privada, ideal para ver la puesta de sol.

Los juguetes provistos incluyen bicicletas y tablas de surf.

Los propietarios han diseñado y construido muchas propiedades de playa. ¡Esta casa representa lo mejor de la vida en la playa!

Best property on the beach

My family and I have stayed on Mandalay beach road in different homes for the past 4 summers and have had wonderful times each summer. This home was far and away the best one yet and we will definitely look to return.

Beautiful Home and perfect location on the beach!

Our family loved staying at Tuscan Sol! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The furniture was lovely. The rooms were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool table and the barbecue. We loved being beach front. We highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to stay in a first class home right on the beach!!

Our family stayed at Tuscan Sol in September for a week and it was awesome! Time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful home and the terrific beach weather. I couldn’t get enough of the ocean views. Cathy and Peter have the perfect getaway spot and are wonderful hosts.

Another great stay at the Tuscan Sol. This is a wonderful house. A perfect location, beautiful views and plenty of room for a family week on the beach. Owners Peter and Cathy are always great. Will be back again next summer.

Pete and Cathy, the owners, did a great job of making us feel very welcome to their home. It's a great location, right on the beach and close to shopping amenities. We would highly recommend Tuscan Sol.

Wonderful Spot!

Couldn't be a better spot in terms of lots to do, fabulous beach, parks nearby, scenic. This house is terrific for families to share - lots of privacy as well as gathering spots within. All ages loved it, from 12-75! Bonus: Great kitchen for feeding the group for the solo cook or group prep!

Beautiful house on the sand

The location of this home is excellent. It was great that we really did not have to drive anywhere to enjoy the surrounding beauty. We walked out the back door on to the beach, saw dolphins in the ocean everyday through the wall of windows that brings the outdoors indoors, and watched amazing sunsets. Great place for both adults and kids to enjoy the beach.

Great beachfront property

My family of five spent a week at this property (2 adults and our three school aged children). Cathy was extremely responsive before our arrival and answered all my questions. Location - right on the beach, beautiful view from the living room. Convenience for beach walks, a dip, and sunset views. My 7 year old loved having a sand box within a few steps. Property - the property is spacious and we had plenty of space. The best stocked kitchen (pots,pans, utensils, etc) and there were bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, etc for us to use while there. Plenty of space for two families. WIFI also worked well with three of us working at the same time. Location - we ended up driving to the marina nearby for kayaking, but it is biking distance. The closest grocery store is 10 min away by car. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property!

Great house and owners!

The house was wonderful, everything that the listing said. We had a hiccup with a major appliance but Cathy and Peter were great to work with. Would totally rent with them again, didn't realize how much we would use the back family room/pool table, my adult children loved it. Lots of levels, so lots of steps - we got a good work out. Sauna and Jacuzzi we used every day. Toes on the sand, was wonderful!

Beach Bliss

Our three generation family of 10 spent two marvelous weeks at this fabulous beach house. It is located right on the sand and has stunning views of the ocean. The beach in front of the house is spacious and quiet. The home is very large with multiple balconies facing the water and an amazing roof deck with lounge chairs, a large hot tub and incredible views of the mountains and ocean. The owners, Peter and Cathy, were very warm and accommodating. The large and well equipped kitchen was perfect for our baking adventures. The design of the home makes it easy to have quiet areas, like the front room with large reading chairs and more active areas, like the family room in back with TV and pool table. We are all looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

We had a great week with family and friends at this beautiful and very large home. The view is amazing. Perfect sunsets right from the deck or the rooftop hot tub! Peter and Cathy provide you with everything you need. Highly recommend this home!

Incredible home with spectacular ocean views!!

My husband and I rented this gorgeous home in June since our Cancun trip was cancelled due to Covid-19, and it was the perfect substitute! The decor of the home is exquisite with so much beautiful Tuscan detail, and the gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in (we didn't go out to eat once!) The large grand windows both in the main room and master bedroom display an incredible view of the oceans cascading waves. We loved the roof top jacuzzi as well! The owners, Peter and Cathy are wonderful. They came by the home to make sure everything was perfect for us and were so accommodating and hospitable. The weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful. It was a much needed and fabulous getaway! Cant wait to go back!

A Perfect Vacation

We booked the house for a multi-family gathering, including 3 middle/high school aged kids. It worked beautifully for adults and kids. The location could not be better, right on the beach. Beautiful home, well kept, easy to live in for the week! Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Exactly what we needed!

Beautiful Private Beach Front Property

Our family couldn't have had a better vacation. It was a beautiful, comfortable and clean home. The kitchen was terrific and there were plenty of private spaces for family to have their own areas, yet enough warm places to congregate together. Such a gift to have this place. Thank you! We would absolutely rent this again.

Absolutely Perfect Fall Beach Week!

The house was incredible and the beach was perfect. Sun, waves, and beach front accomodations made for an incredible week at Tuscan Sol. Tuscan Sol is a beautifully maintained beach masterpiece. The design of the home takes advantage of every possible view and allows for an indoor outdoor feel throughout with fireplaces in the living area, master and upper bedroom. The bar area and pool table were a favorite for relaxing in the evenings with a beverage and watching the world series (18 innings and 7hrs and 20mins worth...). The veranda was a great place to escape the sun and BBQ steaks for dinner. The beds and the rooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The views from the living/dining/kitchen area were beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom are out of a magazine (as was the rest of the house) with views from every angle, flow through fireplace between bed and bathroom and the curved glass shower overlooking the pacific ocean is breathtaking! Cathy and Peter were very easy to work with and very nice people as well. We would love to be as lucky as them and live in such a wonderful home. Thank you Peter and Cathy, we look forward to another stay in your home Tuscan Sol!

Fabulous property and location

We were here for a family reunion. We were 9 adults. The house was perfect! It is well maintained, which says a lot for a beach house, which requires a lot of maintenance. The kitchen is top quality, had everything we needed, and more. The beach is the best view EVER! Most of the time we felt like it was our private beach! (Be sure to visit the Channel Islands while there.) The owners were on top of everything and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home! Breathtaking views! Loved our stay and wished we could stay longer!

Beautifully designed and decorated! The views were amazing! Our own beach, in a beautiful home, with all of our kids. Perfect vacation. Everyone wanted to spend their time there and we enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, surfboard and games. Playing and relaxing on the beach, watching the sunset from the deck or while in the spa and playing pool and hanging out. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We definitely will return and enjoy this home away from home again!

Excellent Choice

Property was a perfect fit for our family beach week. A beautiful and well equipped home which has several spaces for gathering which is a big plus for our group. The beach was never crowded and it was a pleasure sitting on the back patio or the sand watching the dolphins play in the waves almost every night. Highly recommended!

Simply Amazing!

We stayed at Tuscan Sol last year and had a wonderful time. Cathy is great in answering questions. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. They had sand toys for my little ones bikes for the adults. We literally played in the sand all day long. The home has 3 amazing levels and is decked to the nines with nothing but the best. The floor plan allows you to enjoy the ocean view and breeze from every room. We ate breakfast on the deck, lunch on the beach and cooked in the courtyard while looking at the stunning sunset. We usually fly for our vacations but with 3 little ones this has been the absolute best find. Its a gem so much so we just booked are second stay at Tuscan Sol. Oxnard is a located in the middle of Ventura and Malibu we enjoyed all the local amenities as well as a short drive to explore the neighboring towns. If you are a cyclist like i am the routes in the area are some of the best.

Tuscan Sol a bit of Paridise

Our family had a wonderful time at Tuscan Sol. The house is gorgeous. We stayed the middle of September and the weather was great. The kids played on the beach all day. We brought our own beach toys, but there are toys provided if you are limited on car space. There is a Costco close by along with a Walmart if you plan to buy groceries there. Plenty of pots and pans so don't bring your own. I would suggest bringing your own trash bags, baggies, foil etc.. Toilet paper and Kleenex are provided. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to return one day. Thank you Cathy & Peter for opening up your home to our family!

The courtyard is designed to be an outdoor living area, The master is spa like, providing a peaceful retreat. The hot tub is a great place to relax after a hard day of play and a private place to sip some wine and enjoy the sunset.
