Breathtaking, direct OCEANFRONT views from the large living room and master bedroom await you! Spacious, 1100 sq ft 2nd floor unit with bright, updated décor. The large oceanfront balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps to the beach in this oceanfront condo! Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo, new SS appliances, new granite & quartz countertops, and bright, white cabinets. ALL furniture and mattress are new in 2022. Well stocked kitchen - including a Keurig and Crockpot! New smart TVs in living room and bedrooms (except bunk room). All TVs have YouTube TV, and the living room TV also has Netflix and Disney+. Your rental includes linens, bath towels, and utilities (including fast wifi).

We take pride in our home and welcome others who will also take care of it while they are enjoying it. We will work closely with all of our guests to ensure you have a wonderful home to enjoy.

Please note: There is no elevator. We are on the 2nd floor but you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs as there is covered parking underneath the building.

Also, parking is extremely limited. There is ONLY ONE assigned space that is yours for your stay under the building, plus 4 "first come first serve" spots in front of the building. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly and bring one car whenever possible, two at most.

**Completely non-smoking unit. Balcony is included as well. No exceptions!**

DISCLOSURE ~ THERE IS ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED IN THE ENTRY AT THE FRONT DOOR. THIS IS USED TO VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS ACCURATE AND VERIFY THE NO PET RULE IS BEING FOLLOWED. THERE ARE NO OTHER SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE UNIT.

Surfside Beach - enjoy a quiet, family beach environment while being in a great location. You will find mostly private homes and low-rise condominiums in the Surfside Beach area. At Surfside Beach you can have it all - a quiet beach experience while being close to shopping, restaurants, shows, & golf!

You can choose from fabulous restaurants in the area, either within walking distance or a short drive to Murrells Inlet - known for their amazing seafood! There is a gorgeous marshwalk area at the marina and you can also enjoy boat tours, charter fishing, water sporting activities, etc.

Within 15-30 minutes you can access many popular attractions: Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Boardwalk area/Pavilion (Myrtle Beach), outlet shopping, and numerous other attractions. Don't miss a great opportunity to enjoy Surfside Beach and the surrounding area with your family & friends!

I can’t say enough about this quintessential Surfside Beach South Carolina stay. The owner was in constant contact with me about a delay and stay and worked it out with us. Me and my girlfriends had the perfect experience in Surfside. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

Location was amazing and condo was beautiful, we truly enjoyed just kicking back in the condo on the balcony, or on the beach. Owner was very responsive, definitely hope to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week in Surfside. The location is perfect and condo had everything we needed. Getting into the reserved parking with our truck was tight so we just parked out front instead. Loved being right on the beach with amazing views from the living room and balcony. The beach is also not crowded in this location and condo is walking distance to the pier and restaurants.

Girls Trip Perfection!

This was even better than advertised! The condo was located mostly around individual homes so the beach was not crowded AT ALL! The condo itself was amazing - incredibly clean. The master room/bath were just wow. Can't recommend enough!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although it wasn’t long enough! The location was fantastic in the accommodations were plenty. We enjoyed the view and our location from Murrells Inlet, where we planned some of our activities. We would definitely come again.

LOVELY CONDO

The condo is right on the beach and I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. It’s near the Surfside Pier and many restaurants. The location is good as Surfside Beach is a quiet family oriented place to visit. It’s pretty quiet…..at least in the winter when I was there.

The views from our balcony were amazing! The sunrises and dolphin sightings, and the moon at night were all so beautiful. Very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive.

We had a fantastic stay in a very clean condo that had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, ample dishes & cookware, comfortable linens. Very easy access to the beach and loved the views from the bedroom & living room.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved the house. It is a great location, right on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and overlooking the ocean. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could want. The owners had great communication!

Surfside Oceanfront Unit

The unit is very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The charging stations on the nightstands are awesome. Location is perfect, walking distance to the SS Pier and Conch Cafe.The only caution is that the assigned parking space is tight, a full size SUV or pickup would not fit.

Everything great except parking my Chevy truck was an issue. But the owners were very helpful and we worked it out with other helpful tenants. The beach was great but we had to move our spot twice because of our wind shade… never been to a beach where restrictions are so much… that was the only drawback. Beautiful location and we made the best of circumstances. Only recommendation I’d make to owners is to let people know about parking space for large vehicles and get some newer pots and pans.

Great beach location!

The property was just as pictured: clean, beautiful, and beach front location. It was a well furnished condo and we loved the view. The only issue, I'm currently in a cam walker boot so the stairs were a little hard for me. But overall we enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!

One of the best rental homes I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the owners thought of everything you could possibly need. Conch Cafe was within a few blocks, and Murrels Inlet a short drive. Had no desire to go up to Myrtle Beach, as all we needed was right here. Storage shed in garage had beach chairs and toys for the kids so we didn't have to overload our car. Ice machine in freezer was full upon our arrival, which helped to bring drinks and snacks on the beach. Very smart for them to have a keyless entry - so easy for any one of us to go back and forth to the unit without a key. It was great to have secure wifi, as I had to work some while there. Would definitely go back! Communication with Leigh was outstanding.

had the best time! love the location and short walk onto beach! beautifully decorated as well! leigh reached out several times during our stay to make sure things were too knotch for us. we will be making this our yearly vacation spot and can’t wait to be back next year!!

We've been vacationing at Surfside Beach for many years and love the quiet beach, the closeness of amazing restaurants in Murrells Inlet, and of course all the action & attractions of Myrtle Beach!
