Our Happy Place Too!

Enjoy our "Happy Place At the Beach Too" in Orange Beach! This 11th floor beach front condo with beautifully updated decor and furniture is sure to be your new favorite “home away from home”. The unit has lots of room with 10ft ceilings throughout. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances that were updated in August 2020, along with an extra small beverage cooler for additional drink or wine storage. The kitchen bar features seating for six people with an additional 6 chairs around the large dining table. The master bedroom features a California King size bed with ample walk-in closet space for any personal items that you may need. The master bathroom also has a large whirlpool tub, tile shower, and double sinks. The second bath has a shower/tub combo with one sink. You can access the balcony directly from the master bedroom, kitchen, and Living areas. The second spacious bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunk bed featuring a double bed lower bunk with a single upper bunk. The room also has a pull out trundle bed for additional sleeping for the kids. Sound white noise machines provided in two bedrooms for easy sleeping. The living room as queen size sleeper sofa and 50" Smart tv. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. To finish off a wonderful day at the beach you can relax on your private balcony with seating for eight and watch a magnificent sunset.

The amenities at Seachase Resort are second to none. The complex boasts four outdoor pools plus a kids pool and splash pad, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, four outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and a workout room with views of the gulf. Beach access is only steps from the pool area with gated access. Seachase in conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping of all types. One reserved covered parking spot is included with the rental, a 2nd pass may be requested. Security is on site 24 hours for your safety and entrance to property. Beach Chair Rental Service provided on the beach.

This is a No Smoking and No Pets rental.

We enjoyed beautiful views of the beach and long walks on the white sand. Lovely sunsets were a treat. The condo was clean with nice amenities. We would love to come back sometime.

Beach view is fantastic! Easy access to the beach. We used three hot tubs and two swimming pools. The inside ones are great for when it gets chilly and the kids still want to swim. Our condo was very well kept. Master bed and second were super comfortable, granddaughter didn't complain so we assume the bunks were too. This is our second stay in this unit and we have no complaints about the amenities! The balcony is where we spend the most time for sure! The dolphins put on quite a show 2 of the days we were here, which is super cool.

Beach view and access were perfect! The pools and hot tubs were really nice and well maintained. Great, clean condo with a lot of space and quick communication with the host. The condo was perfect for us with 2 adults and 3 kids. We missed having any food options on the property.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach! The property was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our whole family with room to relax and unwind. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to a quiet stretch of beach with soft sand and beautiful, clear water. We loved how peaceful it was and appreciated the easy beach access. A truly relaxing and memorable getaway—we’d definitely come back!

The condo was great! We had everything we needed and loved the location. The pools were amazing and the beach access was great and not over crowded. The elevator was a little loud in the second bedroom, but other than that I would highly recommend this condo! We would definitely stay here again! :)

My only wish is that I didn't book a longer trip! The unit itself is great. The large master suite was perfect. The bunk beds were great for my girls. The third bedroom was ideal for my mother-in-law. The main living space has everything you could need or want. It was great for our family, but I can see it being wonderful for a group of friends. Balcony has stunning views. The owner, Mike, was great to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful beach stay!

This was a wonderful beach front property. It was very spacious, decorated so beautifully, and had very comfortable beds. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking and we cooked every morning and dinner and enjoyed it on the balcony. The security on site was a plus and were so friendly. The pools were clean and we enjoyed the hot tubs. The location was great, right across from Walmart market and a rouses for groceries. We also loved the ice cream and souvenir store there as well. We would love to come back to this property again!

Amazing!

The place was perfect! Beds were all so comfy and everything was so well maintained and clean. Beautiful view, amazing staff on property, fluffy big towels! The condo had everything we needed, seriously couldn’t think of one thing to give as feedback that needed changed or updated. Amazing place. We most definitely will be back. The Sea Chase is a gem in itself and staying in this unit didn't dissapoint. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The unit had a great view and convenient location. Check in and out was seemless and over all there isn't anything we would have changed.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect and had a great view. The staff onsite at the building were all very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the condo amenities of multiple pools, fitness center and pickleball/tennis courts.

A Perfect.Stay …

Two months of paradise with all we needed or wanted. Great home away from home! Very clean and well maintained. Hosts were always available and very helpful. The view is incredible, wonderful people all around us, on-site activities the entire facility is amazing! Will be excited to return again!

We are Mike and Jennifer Nelson from Monroe, Louisiana. Mike is an Airline pilot and I am in Industrial Sales. We have a 13 year old daughter that loves coming to the beach. We are both graduates of LA Tech University. Mike grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast so making the decision to purchase a condo on the water was the perfect choice! He can fish and I can lounge on the beach!

We own and have owned several properties in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Seachase Resort is a favorite in the area with it resort feel and plentiful amenities.

It is beach front and easy access from shopping, restaurants, etc. Gated entrance for security and immaculate kept property. Great for families and special occasion trips.
