We really enjoyed the new pool and restrooms which are incredibly clean Our room was facing the water so we enjoyed the dolphins and manatees. The room was clean and just what we needed. The management couldn’t be any more accommodating and friendly. The one downfall I have to say is that there is a kitchen which is great however there is not even salt and pepper so you have to provide all spices, foil,napkins etc….

Fantastic Condo

We loved everything about the condo. Quiet location was just what we wanted. Easy access to building. We saw several dolphins and a manatee from our lanai. Kids loved it! Thank you!

Cape Coral Visit

Very comfortable and convenient property for a 7 day stay. Had breakfast and lunch in the condo. Dinners at the Marriott next door…just walked right over. No worries about driving…lol

Calm, relaxing and plenty to do

We love our visits to the Bay Tower condos. The views are spectacular and there is plenty to do. Or if you want to sit on your balcony, that's a wonderful thing to do as well. Sit at the pool, walk along the water looking for shells or walk around the area. Delightful. And the staff of Resort Harbour Properties are just great. Can't ask for more.

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as listed, clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to visit easily. We saw shark, manatee, and dolphins while were on the balcony having our coffee. The view is spectacular! The only downside to our stay was the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there. We had been informed there was going to be landscaping going on but were not informed the pool and hot tub area were going to be closed. It would have been nice to have access to the pool and hot tub at the property next door or have been offered a discount for not having the use of the pool and hot tub. This would not deter me from staying at the property again, it was a great vacation!!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

We expected good but not fantastic! The condo was clean and fully stocked with anything you need to cook with. The furniture was all very comfortable. The balcony was wonderful. There weren’t ocean waves but the waves from the bay were very peaceful. We are in our 50’s and felt it was very quiet whereas most of the families seemed to be in the Marriott Resort next door. The pool was heated and the private beach, although smaller than I expected was really nice. We really enjoyed it just as much as the ocean beach. There was plenty of lounge chairs on both the beach and by the pool. You can walk to the Marriott resort for dinner etc…. The surrounding area was beautiful. We spent most of our time in Sanibel Island. You can’t be any closer to the causeway to the island than Harbour Point condos. Sanibel was hit pretty hard by Hurricane Ian but recovering fast. The best thing about the island is the bike paths that are everywhere! We rented bikes at Billy’s and felt so welcomed as tourists. The beaches are beautiful as well. White sand and a nice breeze off the ocean. Same on Captiva. A few notes: Check-in is late in the afternoon so be prepared to have essential food with you when you check in. (Water, coffee (with filters- not Kcups ) there is a Publix on the main road about 2 miles away and a Walmart about 8 miles). There seemed to be only 1 grocery store on Sanibel. It’s a very charming island- you’ll love it!

Great place

This property was very clean, so close to the beach & the beach was basically private. Normally no more than 10 other people were there. Very relaxing place to get away.

Too bad IAN came

This was a great place. Unfortunately IAN destroyed the pool and lobby. We had no water and electricity. Nice TV , great sunsets. A little too much information about check in. Appliances were top notch. We had to leave early. Hope the place is up and running in no time.

Safe and beautiful

The condo has a beautiful water view and spectacular sunsets. It is decorated very nice. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses, which seemed hard and uncomfortable. The condo is easy to get to near the causeway to Sanibel Island. However, you will have to pay a toll each time you go to Sanibel. The toll is $6 each time if you have a transponder. We bought ours at the nearby Publix. The area seems safe and quiet. The Marriott resort is next door to the condo and we spent quite a bit of time there. The staff there was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were staying at the condo.

Wonderful

My husband and I took our parents to Fort Meyers to visit my son. Everything was Perfect! Our room was Beautifully Decorated and very clean which is very big plus for me! The small beach area was great and so close to the condo. The screened in porch was so nice. Great trip and would definitely go back again!!

Great Condo Location

My first comment is for the incredible helpful staff at the property rental office. They set the standard for property management! They addressed the minor problems immediately and resolved all. We can't say enough about all of the staff--extremely professional. The condo was spotless, location great, well stocked kitchen and the views from the balcony at sunset amazing. My only criticism is the master bedroom furniture is so outdated--it all needs to be replaced. All other furnishings were great. If you are looking for a condo in Ft. Myers, this is your place!

Wonderful stay!

The accommodations were exactly as stated. Very comfortable. Convenient to Sanibel Island and everything Ft. Myers has to offer. We had our own little private beach. It’s a quiet area which is what we were looking for. Perfect.

Punta Rassa

Very clean and well maintained unit with a great view of the bay. Nice pool area. The only problem we had was the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived and the weather was unusually cool for a couple of days. It took a lot of effort on our part for management to fix the problem. Other than that it was a great experience.
