Come relax at this cozy spot that has a pull-out couch that can sleep another two to three guests. Private entrance with parking for two cars and backyard with a propane grill.

Five minute walk to the restaurants downtown, five minute drive to the beach and walking trails, and 20 minutes to Portland.

Dogs are welcome, with a fee.

Owner occupied duplex, we are available and happy to help make your stay more pleasant!!

Being familiar with the Saco area, we found this location very suitable for us. The accommodations were small, but comfortable. The owner, Jess, was very friendly and helpful. The gift basket was greatly appreciated.

Saco Family Visit

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property in Saco. Everything was as advertised. The property was neat and clean. The owners thought of everything. Lots of sundry items as may be needed while away from home. Communication with the owners was excellent! They were very responsive and timely. Check in and check out was a very easy process. The property is very close to the school where our grandsons attend. Also, there are coffee shops and restaurants all walking distance from the house. We will stay here again in the future. No stress vacation

The apartment had everything needed to have a very comfortable "home away from home". The hostess provided in abundance what was needed for bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, fun times, and even snacks. Loved privacy of parking, entry, and yard. It was very quiet inside the apt. Hostess was very prompt in answering any questions and even providing us with a new electric skillet.Because we were there for 2 weeks, I would have liked a small vacuum or carpet sweeper for the one carpet, in the living room.

Definitely not what we were expecting!

First of all, this property was not close to the coast it was in a congested neighborhood with a school down the block and a day school right across the street. The grass was never cut during our 16 day stay and we spent a lot of time in the backyard. The grill was falling apart and no effort was made to fix it. The majority of the kitchenware had to be washed before I could use it. That is just a few examples that led to my poor review.For the price we paid we were expecting so much more than the run down place we stayed! I don’t ever do negative reviews but if I can warn someone else about this property before they rent it will be worth my time doing this review.

Great Stay

Easy check in. Jess and Mike were very quick to respond to questions and took immediate action to help. The house was very clean and quiet. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Washer and dryer was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook with. The snacks and water were a nice touch and appreciated. We stayed for 2weeks and hope to return next summer. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice Place to Stay

This was a nice place to stay! Clean throughout and a comfortable bed. The sectional in the living room was cozy after a long day out and the air conditioner in the living room and bedroom were appreciated. The kitchen had all we needed and the washer/dryer was handy! Thank you for providing beach towels. We had a great beach day at Bayview Beach, which we highly recommend. The private section of the yard with the table/chairs was nice as well. This was a great location for us sightseeing the coast all the way down into New Hampshire as well as up into mid-Maine.

Cozy Treasure

All aspects of this rental unit were wonderful. The house was very clean. The bed was vey comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked had some goodies on the shelves. Jess and Mike were very quick at responding when we had a "mini" crisis. They were wonderful quiet hosts. I highly recommend this "Cozy" unit.

Tidy house in central location

This property was in a great location so we could walk many places in town and it’s an easy drive to several beaches. Owners were very generous with treats and blankets.

We had a great stay in Saco. This was the cutest little place and very private even though it was a duplex. It is in a great location with easy driving access to everything. Be sure to try the little coffee shop, The Social Kitchen, across the street!!

Family in Maine

We had the Best location for all we wanted to do. The house was exactly right for us and our 2 little dogs. Tiny yard but walkable. All the comforts we needed. Home was nicely appointed with special touches. Coffee and important touches all included. Our hostess very responsive. We would stay again.

Very Comfortable, welcoming VRBO

Good home base for Southern Maine exploration

Hosts responded quickly to our communications and the checkin/checkout was super easy. Loved that there were so many nice little welcoming touches. Coffee & filters at the ready, soap tabs for the dishwasher and laundry, a lovely little welcome basket with local treats! Teeny kitchen but surprisingly pretty well stocked. Walkable to local restaurants. Short drive for groceries. Easy access to highway. It was comfortable for two - four would be pretty crowded.

Great hub for Maine adventures

The place was perfect for us! Everything was exactly as described, and there were even little goodies left by the hosts! Saco is a great little spot, and we did day trips to Portland, Kennebunkport and Rockland. The apartment was adorable, clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect spot

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property is exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed: somewhere local for a family of three + 25 lb dog to stay while visiting family in Biddeford. Clean, full amenities and hosts are super-accommodating, thoughtful and generous. Highly recommend!
