See RENOVATED POOLS pictures. Indoor pool, indoor lazy river, large indoor hot tub, and outdoor pool - all renovated in 2025! Beautiful artist created scenes. Take a picture with a mermaid or the fierce shark!

Ocean Blue 202 is luxury condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Park right on level 2 and walk into the front door. Our condo has an open floorplan - see the ocean all the way back from the kitchen! Queen beds in each room, flat screen TVs in every room, a bathroom for every bedroom, washer & dryer, plantation style furniture by Stiles Brothers featuring rattan and croc-embossed leather.

We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and more. There's room to stretch out without bumping into other people or furniture! Walk to nearby Damon's Restaurant, or visit the Boardwalk and ride the SkyWheel. The new concrete pier, Springmaid, just a short walk away, is open and ready for meals, ice cream, fishing and walking - and its just a short walk from the condo!

Broadway at the Beach features the Ripley's Aquarium, Dave and Busters, shopping, restaurants, and more rides. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is less than 2 miles away. For dollar savers, there are many flea markets. For die-hard shoppers, there are two Tanger Outlet malls. Not to mention many many other local and national shops. Golf? Myrtle Beach is home to over 80 award-winning golf courses! Don't leave the family at home while you golf - Myrtle Beach has the weather, the golf, the hotels and the restaurants. And the shopping!

But its not just activities and food in Myrtle Beach - drive south and there is Murrell's Inlet, famous for its seafood restaurants and the Marshwalk. A little further south is Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, and Charleston with its Rainbow Row houses, the straw market, loaded with history, lots of seafood restaurants or horse and carriage tours. Also in Charleston is Fort Sumter, a sea fort notable for two battles, the first of which signified the start of the American Civil War.

Drive north, and there are more shopping opportunities, more seafood restaurants, and Calabash style seafood, a popular regional style. Calabash seafood is lightly battered, deep fried and freshly caught seafood from the Atlantic Ocean and inlets along the Carolina coast. It is named for the nearby Carolina border town of Calabash, NC, the self-proclaimed “Seafood Capital of the World” where the unique brand of seafood preparation began.

Myrtle Beach 2025

Our family stayed at this condo and were so pleased with the property and the location. The condo is clean and is furnished beautifully. The beach and pool are very nice and the condo is close to many attractions. Parking in the parking garage was very convenient. The owners were very good to work with.

The cleaness and size of our condo was amazing. We had 2 families stay here and there was room for all of us. Access to the beach was easy and the resturants and nightlife were less than a 30 minute drive.The people who work at the condo were so helpful and friendly. Judi the owner was fast to respond to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean and well appointed condo. Owners were responsive and helpful. Building manager, Scott, does a great job! Only issue is that parking is VERY tight. Spaces weren’t designed for full size SUVs.

Family Vacation

Fantastic Property for the price. Great view, very clean and covered parking area with security. Property had a lot of space for the whole family. We will be booking this property again whenever we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Nice Condo

The condo is very nice and clean. My family loves being able to walk right out to the beach without having to load up in a car. The only minor complaint is the parking garage. It is not made for bigger or long cars but nothing that can’t be worked around. This condo was perfect for my family and we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Clean, excellent location!! Just 5 minutes from the airport. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus considering there were 4 couples in our group. We highly recommend this condo for your trip to Myrtle Beach!!

What a great vacation.

Everybody was delighted with their accommodations, the condo was clean and very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners of the condo were special people who were helpful in anyway they could. to make our vacation special.

Very clean with great access to beach.

Condo was very clean with great views of ocean. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool , lazy river and hot tube. The out door pool was also a hit with kids. Beach was close and easy to access. Condo furnishings and kitchen were great.

We love Myrtle Beach, Period! 45 years ago, we spent our honeymoon here and we still come back time and again. Our daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandsons all live in the Myrtle Beach area, so we decided to buy a condo so we could spend more time closer to them when we retired.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Ocean Blue isn't like other properties in Myrtle Beach. Only 36 units in the entire building, three condo's to a floor.

We chose this building because it would be more like a vacation home than a hotel. Also, being on the south end, we are close to our family, but we have not sacrificed anything here, it is fantastic.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There is no front lobby or rental agency on site - owners rent their condos themselves. You don't get as much foot or car traffic as with other hotels. Yet we still have wonderful condo's, covered parking, free wifi, indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tub. Great beach area as well. Convenient to get in and out without a lot of traffic, nearby airport, walk to nearby beachfront restaurant, close to water activities for rent.
