Gorgeous, bright and spacious Second floor unit. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths overlooking the Ogunquit River estuary and views of the ocean over the horizon. Just a short walk to the famous Footbridge Beach and North Oqunquit Beach and a short car ride to the Ogunquit Beach. Both rated top 10 beaches by Trip Advisor. Wake up to the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee on the private porch. Take a walk next door to rent kayaks and enjoy the day on the estuary. Or leave your car behind and walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries. Or stay in and cool off in the heated salt water pool. Located just yards of the trolley stop and just a short drive to Kennebunkport and York as well as many other popular Maine Destinations.

There is a 6 person max per stay- with a 4 Adult (18+) max. Number of guests MUST be accurate when making your reservation!! If you input 2 Adults then 2 Adults are expected to stay. Any additional guests not in your reservation must be approved by owner!
The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying.

As a newbie to VRBO, I was thrilled to be working with Kerri. She provided step by step guidance and was extremely prompt in answering all of my questions. The unit is cozy, comfortable, attractive and well appointed. A great place to stay during Christmas by the Sea in Ogunquit!

Beautifully decorated with everything you can need provided for you from a cooler, beach bag, towels… to even an umbrella. Convient location close to North Beach. River views from deck and kitchen. Lots of space. Close to route one so road noise but sound machines provided. Love Ogunquit. Great shops, restaurants, beaches and the Marginal Way!

Kerri is fantastic with communication. The condo has a great location, pool, and lots of room. It is very spacious for 4 adults and small children. There is a beautiful view from the deck. The trolley is also close by. This was our 3 time and we booked again for 2026.

Like bringing your house to Maine

Everything was the same as advertised. Great place to stay if you want some well behaved neighbors, easy parking, spacious and fun floorplan, fantastic pool, and overall feeling of bringing your house with you on vacation. If i had to mention a couple things it would just be a fair warning that there is a bit of road noise you will hear, loud motorcycles going by at all hours of the night. Also, note that the area in peak summer has terrible traffic, and if you arent parked at main beach by 8 you are out of luck. Be sure to follow the very strict condo rules!!!

We felt that the property was situated close to good restaurants, great beaches and other areas for entertainment such as mini golf etc Though we didn't use the pool, one could tell that it was a good spot for relaxing .Perfect pool for young children.

We just had another wonderful time at Kerri’s property in Wells. The location is amazing as it sits between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby and the pool at the property is perfect when your kiddos need a little break from the beach. Additionally, the property is spacious and it’s equipped with fun board games and a ton of kitchen supplies that one would need to cook. We’re excited for our trip next year!!

Great location!

We’ve frequented this rental for a few years now and always have a blast! The property is great, well maintained and communication with host is easy. Great access to beach’s and town hot spots but my kids especially love the pool!

Wonderful property in a great location

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in Kerri and Matt’s beautiful property. A great location, just a short drive from town, beach, Ogunquit Lobster Pound, and Big Daddy’s. The condo was immaculate and had plenty of space for all 6 people in our party. I would gladly rent from Kerri and Matt again!

Comfortable central location in southern Maine

A very nice place in southern ME for a family of 4 (or more) that is in between Kittery and Kennebunk ME and a short ride to beaches, attractions, and restaurants in this area. It was clean and modern and felt recently renovated/updated with 3 modern TVs (able to stream your media services) full kitchen with several small appliances and is the only unit that has a deck overlooking the condo associations heated pool (which was a warm 85 degrees). My wife and I appreciated the king size temperpedic topped bed that had very nice sheets and was very comfy after a day of walking around town or on beaches, the kids bedrooms were upstairs and has a loft area with second TV so the kids can do their own thing. We appreciated the welcome package folder with info on local restaurants and attractions and found it helpful in planning some of our days and evening meals. The host was fast to respond to messages and kindly left some essentials in the fridge and pantry (seasonings, condiments), popsicles too. The only minor negative thing might have been some noise from the road as it sits off Rt1 and is one of the closer units to the entrance from that road but it was generally quiet with low traffic at night. I had to provide driver license, auto registration and proof of insurance to the condo mgmt. to get a parking pass (something I have never encountered before) but I copied these at home, gave to the property manager who barely checked it over and issued a permit.

Easy access to communities North and South, as well as interesting places to visit (e.g. Ogunquit Art Museum, boat ride out of Perkins Cove, Rachel Carlson Reserve, concert at Vinegar Hill Theater).

Great stay!

Our family looks forward to our August trip to Wells every year. The condo looked exactly like the pictures - and absolutely spotless and super spacious. While the weather didn’t cooperate, the amenities with the deck and pool were super convenient and a joy to have at our fingertips! The gym was also a plus! Kerri was easy to contact and very responsive and accommodating! Thank you again!

Charming family getaway

This is our 2nd time and will probably do it again! It has everything you need along with a pool and great location. Very clean and quiet. The floor plan was made for a family vacation. Kerri is just the best to communicate with and that makes it very easy. Thank you!

Peaceful & Relaxing

Property is lovely and spacious perfect for our family especially as we had teens with us. They enjoyed having the extra space upstairs to lounge. Kerri provides lots of nice little extras (stocked kitchen with spices and other necessities). Having stayed at hotels in the area it was nice to have only a few people at the pool. Great location to visit beaches and other towns. Kerri was great and very responsive throughout the process. We hope to come again!

Another amazing vacation!

Back again for another family vacation. Kerri was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She had a couple of new toys for our son upon arrival that he loved - thanks Kerri! The property itself is spacious and well maintained. The pool is kid friendly and our son spent hours in it! There are lots of local attractions close by. If you are looking for a weekend getaway I would definitely recommend this property! We plan on returning again next year!

Great stay for families

My family of 5 was very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was as described and pictured. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was not very busy - they often had it to themselves (we were there on weekdays in late June). Great location for visiting nearby towns along the coast.

Beautiful 3 bedroom property. Exactly as pictured and described on line. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and hope to return in 2025. Beautiful pool on site. Great location in Wells. We love Drakes Island Beach. Easy drive to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We love Maine. Thank you again Kerri!

Wells Condo

This property is beautifully maintained with lovely lawns and pots of flowers throughout. Our condo was super clean and had everything we could possibly need for our ten-day stay in September.
