Impresionante ubicación, a pie de la playa, el camino Marginal, la ensenada de Perkins y el centro de Ogunquit. El tranvía está justo bajando la calle. Piscina climatizada, canchas de tenis y área de juegos para sus hijos. Recámara principal recientemente renovada y dos baños completos, pisos de madera y patio con vista al mar. Dos aires acondicionados y cocina bien surtida. El maestro tiene una cama king y el sofá cama es un rey con un colchón tempurpedico.

Great Vacation

Ogunguit Maine is a wonderful place for a vacation but it's even more wonderful to stay in a beautiful condo with views of the ocean!

Great place in a great location

Very nice floor plan, clean and well-maintained apartment in a well kept building. Plus a nice view down Israel Head Road to the water — watch the sailboats go by from the living room couch! Perfect location between town and Perkins Cove — an easy and very nice walk to either place.

An Ogunquit Gem

This condo is the only place we stay when in Ogunquit! It is within walking distance to everything. The condo is always spotless and well equipped with all the essentials. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. You cannot beat the view!

Fall Weekend

This was the perfect location for a fall weekend. Loved the quick access to the Marginal Way. The host provided detailed instructions and checked in with us during the visit. Well stocked condo. Great view of the ocean from the sofa!

Wonderful condo in the best location!

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo is absolutely wonderful and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Marginal Way and the beach. The owners, Peter & Kim were great to deal with. Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Peter and Kim’s place. It was super clean and had a sweet deck with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was well organized and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time. I would most definitely rent it again. Some suggestions: add grab bars, rubber mats, soap dishes and shelves to hold shampoo, etc. to the bathrooms. Also, provide sheets and towels.

Our Happy Place in Ogunquit

If you are looking for a perfect vacation, then you must rent Peter & Kim’s condo at The Lookout! We have been renting their condo for six years and have never been disappointed! The condo is always very clean, the location cannot be beat and the condo is very well stocked with all the essentials. We love relaxing on the deck and seeing the ocean just a stones throw away. Thank you Peter & Kim for always being the perfect hosts and allowing us to return to our happy place year after year. If you are planning on visiting Ogunquit, we highly recommend you rent this condo, you will not be disappointed.

All you Need and Value Added

Can't say enough positive things about this property. We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. The kitchen was great to cook and has all you need. The living room and bedroom were decorated beautifully. Great outside eating area. Located close to Marginal Way and the Ogunquit shops and where you can walk to the restaurants...and short walk to the beach. Kim and Peter made the renting so easy...and always friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property. As advertised. Book it!

Condo 203

Condo was very clean and neat. A bit misleading being listed as a two bedroom since it’s one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom bathtub needs some hand holds and at least one shelf for your soap/ shampoo, etc. There aren’t any. The tub floor was slippery without texture and you need to be careful in it. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and with the above mentioned improvements it would be even better.

Would definitely come again!

You can't beat the location, halfway between Perkins Cove and the main beach, and just a brief walk to the Marginal Way. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (although a box grater or cheese grater would have been nice! :) ). Owners were friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to all inquiries. I suppose that the opposite side of the building would have yielded a slightly better view & more protection from the sun on the balcony, but that's hardly important.

Best Place to Stay in Ogunquit!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, Kim & Peter’s condo is where you will want to be! Having your morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean cannot be beat. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need and it is always super clean! The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

The Perfect Spot

Thank you Kim and Peter for being such good host. Much to our delight the photos of your condo did not fully capture the charm and warmth one gets upon opening the door and stepping into your place. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all one would need for a comfortable stay. note: washer/dryer are not in the unit but assessable. The views of the ocean were marvelous, easily visible from the sofa in the living room, balcony or Marginal Way, which was a short walk from the condo. The location is exceptional. You really can get to the beach, restaurants and shopping with out needing to drive. I traveled with my husband and our two girls. Everyone was thrilled with how the week in Ogunquit turned out and voiced wishes to return. I strongly recommend staying at Kim and Peter's place -you will not be disappointed. Cheers, Soledad

Finally a week away

After 3 years, we finally got a week away in Ogunquit. The condo was perfect for a couple. It was clean, convenient, very comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Peter and Kim are great communicators and made the process as easy as could be.

Excellent Stay!

We had a Great vacation with the family! Peter checked to make sure if we had any questions he was always there to help! The kids loved the property they had a great time in the pool and loved playing in the back yard. The beds were very comfortable and was nice that they were king size. Having two bath rooms with 5 people were great! Completely enjoyed our stay was nice to sit on balcony to watch the ocean every morning... Thank you again Peter and Kim for a Great Stay!

Beautiful and comfortable unit in Ogunquit

Truely newly renovated property centrally located in town Ogunquit. Easy check in and very available host if any questions. Very clean. Perfect for two people but would accommodate up to four if necessary. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Ogunquit in the future.

We had the most amazing vacation at Peter and Kim’s condo! Oasis near the ocean

The lookout and this condo were a wonderful oasis and celebration of our first trip since the pandemic. You cannot beat the location near the ocean, marginal way and downtown Ogunquit. The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable and the owners were very responsive. We hope to return soon.
