* Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, tv, ceiling fan,usb ports on nightstand.
* The area between these two bedrooms features a Double/Twin bunk bed, tv, and access to the upper deck with ocean views
* Hall bath has a tub/shower combo
* WIFI and Cable are included

The first-floor deck has a dining table, and chairs with ocean views
The top deck has chairs, and ocean views

Under house entertainment space with seating and picnic table, gas grill, and swing and hot/cold private outdoor shower

Primary guest must be age 30+ to rent and be present for entire stay

Must be 25+ with valid driver’s license to operate the optional custom 6 seat limo golf cart (Guest responsible for Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage and any applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
