The first floor includes:

* Hall- Full Bath adjoining the bedroom (tub/shower combo)

* Bedroom with King size bed, tv, and ceiling fan, usb ports for charger by the bed.


The second floor includes:
* King Master bedroom with coral decor, tv, ceiling fan, usb ports and access to the top deck with ocean view. Master bath has a walk-in shower.
* Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, tv, ceiling fan,usb ports on nightstand.
* The area between these two bedrooms features a Double/Twin bunk bed, tv, and access to the deck
* Hall bath has a tub/shower combo
* WIFI and Cable are included

The first-floor deck has a dining table, and chairs with ocean views
The top deck has chairs, and ocean views

Under the house is a picnic table, gas grill, and swing

Hot/Cold outdoor shower for washing off sand before entering the house

So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:

If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property
Primary guest must be age 30+ to rent and be present for entire stay
Smoking/vaping in house - OUTDOORS ONLY
Must be 25+ with valid driver’s license to operate the optional golf cart (Guest responsible for Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage and any applicable fines)

We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come.

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
