3M Home - Mtn Views, Hot Tub, BB court, & Minigolf

This gorgeous new 4,200 square foot home is an absolute dream. With a 6-hole putt-putt course, half court basketball court, gorgeous pool, and an indoor/outdoor living area this house makes enjoying Arizona weather truly possible. Every bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and comfy memory foam beds. Only a few minute drive to Old town Bars, and Fashion Square mall. And a 20 min walk to get on Camelback Mountain!

Pool heating is an extra fee of 125 a day with a two day minimum and then 100 a day after that. Longer stay guest can contact me about a discount!

There are no parties aloud at this home. There is a decimal reader and if it is tampered with you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. You will get two warnings on the third the cops will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

There are cameras around and in the home that are non functional and covered.

Great ladies' getaway!

Our group of 6 moms had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very clean, spacious and welcoming. Communication with our host was seamless and she was very attentive. Any issue we had was resolved promptly. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Fun in the Sun!

This home was great! Lots of space, large rooms, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 7. The backyard is fantastic! The putt -putt course is really fun (our course record was a 12 :), the hot tub and pool were perfect and we used the turf and basketball court a ton! The home is in a great neighborhood that is perfect for morning or evening walks. We hope to return soon!!

Perfect week in Scottsdale

We rented this house to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday with three other couples and loved every minute at this gorgeous property! The house was very well equipped and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Our favorite feature was the six whole putting green in the backyard. Hope to be able to return to this lovely home!

Amazing Host / Property

Amy is the most accommodating and friendly host you could ever ask for! The house was amazing as well as the amenities. Amy went above and beyond to ensure the property my was ready with short notice with no headache. House was exactly as listed with plenty of entertainment. We will definitely book in the future!

Gorgeous Space

We had a great time at this property, we had heavy internet use traffic and it performed perfectly — very impressed! The home is beautiful, well appointed and Amy is an extremely gracious & accommodating host! 10/10 would stay here again!!

Perfect place :)

This place is absolutely incredible! The place actually is Better in person than in pictures. Had a 40th bday golf trip with 9 guys and slept comfortably. Comfy beds. Great central location with short drive to bars/restaurants and the golf courses we played. The host, Amy, was fantastic as well. Super responsive and helpful :). Will definitely stay here again soon if possible.

Fantastic house

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. The house and yard were beautiful. Everything you need was provided from pool toys to putting green and all the kitchen and bath products needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Perfect home for a perfect weekend

This home is a great in person as it looks online. Spacious and comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen, fantastic pool and hot tub, and comfortable beds. I stayed here with a group of friends and we loved the home, it is the new benchmark for our rentals together. We enjoyed walking to camelback mountain from here, and it was a quick ride to old town. The owner/manager is helpful and responsive.

Perfect Scottsdale getaway with friends

Stayed with four couples and this was the perfect spot! Lots of areas for lounging, both inside and out, and four ensuite bedrooms provide the perfect set-up. It's a great location, walked to the Camelback hike, and it's a quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Retreat

What a great VRBO property! Everything was well maintained and labeled for convenience. I didn't expect shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc. but all were provided. The agent was highly responsive to any communications. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.
