THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD. DO NOT RENT. loft bedroom condo across the street from the beach with 1 queen ,1 single and sofa bed. 2 flat screen TV's. SEE 7 NIGHT IN SEASON MINIMUM BELOW. NO LINENS PROVIDED. 5 PERSON MAXIMUM.
Three swimming pools, tennis courts and dock with fishing and kayak access. Private deck with picnic table. Located on the less crowded west end approximately 1 mile from pier and town center. Great location for biking, walking and running. Wide beach. Perfect for couples and families. Short drive to many restaurants and premier golf courses. RELAXATION at its best! SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10 AM from JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31. From September 4 to May 31 there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with check in at 3:00 and checkout by 10:00.

YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS.
Remember to bring your beach chairs.

Interestingly, over 95% of the reviews our condo gets are 5 stars. When the housekeeper went in after you it was apparent you had left bait or some type of spoiled seafood in the refrigerator which smelled so bad she had to spend additional time bleaching it. Notwithstanding her efforts, the guests that followed you noticed the smell. First time this has occurred since I bought it 3 years ago.

Great condo! Clean, perfect location across from the beach with private beach access. Free off-street parking, safe location. This is our second stay in this condo and hope to come back next year. Great communication with owners. I love this place.
