Beautiful villa just renovated, located in Cul de Sac Bay, at 50 m from the sea, gorgeous view on the Bay with St Barth Island on the horizon.
Description of the villa :
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 levels :
The entrance is at the top with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a corner desk.
Downstairs, living room, american kitchen, terrace with the pool and sun chairs and barbecue, master bedroom, dressing, bathroom, WC.

Around :
- the famous Pinel Island (at 900 m), beautiful beach always protected from the waves, 2 restaurants, beach chairs. Preserve nature.
You can go there in renting kayaks (very nice) or take a little ferry (every half hour).
- Orient Bay beach 3 kms
- Grand Case and its restaurants 3 kms
- Hope Estate commercial center, 2 kms
- In the area (1000 m), 3 restaurants, mini supermarket, bakery.

We had an amazing trip. The property was as advertised, clean with stunning views. The location was perfect for visiting several wonderful places on the island. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Great Villa with a View

We had a great time at the villa and loved waking up to a beautiful view each day. The pool was a great way to relax and cool off after a hot day at the beach. Our hosts Gilles and Daphnée were very easy to work with and communicated very well before and during our stay.

Fabulous location and view

My family of 4 just spent a week in St. Martin and this house is fabulous! The ocean views are spectacular and having restaurants and the grocery store nearby was very convenient. There are 2 really great beaches within a 5-minute drive. I would highly recommend this rental, and the communication was very thorough and helpful including discounts for chair and umbrella rentals at the local beach. Thank you for a fabulous week!

Excellent, quiet vacation rental

The property is exactly as described. We visited with a group of five adults and the space was very comfortable and functional. We loved the private pool and the outdoor dining area. The area surrounding the property is also quiet and relaxing, which we desired over busier parts of the island. The location is close driving distance to a supermarket (SuperU) with everything we needed for our stay. Close to Orient Bay and its beach clubs as well as Grand Case and its restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We'll be back!

We prefer staying on the French side when we travel to St Martin and since we were bringing good friends along this time, we needed a larger spot than the usual studio that we rent in Cul de Sac. Villa Little Paradis 2 was perfect. The location was great - we were at the end of the road which offered a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. We had 2 vehicles and while the parking spot was a little tight, it worked nicely for our purposes. The villa is appointed exactly as it shows in the listing photos. We did have electrical issues one evening, but there were bad storms all day that could have contributed to the outage. The property manager came over and was able to get us back on track in a couple of hours. The storms also created some problems with the pool - as a result we were unable to use the pool for several day which was disappointing but not the end of the world. We were able to get back in the last evening we were on island and enjoy the beautiful views poolside.Highly recommend considering Villa Little Paradis, particularly if you enjoy peace and quiet and great views.

Little paradise a good description

This was our first time VRBO'ing --though not to St. Martin--so we were a little nervous, but Sylvie answered all our questions before the trip quickly and patiently. The property was exactly as pictured and advertised, on a quiet road about 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach on the one side, and a 12-15 minute walk from the ferry to Pinel Island on the other. Also a couple of very nice hikes nearby. Several small shops and a couple of nice restaurants (we liked Hercule's creole place) very close. Also a short drive from all the shops, banks and supermarkets at Hope Estate and, a little further afield, the restaurants of Grand Case and in the other direction the beach, bars and restaurants at Orient Bay. We really loved the house and our stay, and our kids' friends really liked it as well, especially the local hikes, beach and ferry to Pinel. Sylvie was a wonderful host. There was one very minor maintenance issue (malfunctioning coffee maker) that she fixed immediately by replacing it. She also went above and beyond in making recommendations for things to do, and also in helping us navigate the Covid-19 tests we had to take before the return home. She arranged for a registered nurse to come to the house to administer the tests on our final morning, and fill out all the forms for us. This cost much less than we would have paid had we gone to a pharmacy or testing firm, and was *so* much more convenient. Altogether a great experience, we'll be back!

Vacances de rêves en famille à Saint Martin

Superbe vacances ! La maison est idéalement placée, très agréable et fonctionnelle, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'ilet Pinel à 10 minutes de kayak, la plage de Orient Baie et Anse Marcel à 10 min de voiture. Un vrai petit paradis.
