The Studio apartment is located in Cupecoy in the vicinity of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and suitable for a single person or a couple. Within walking distance, there is a supermarkets near by, pizzeria, bakery, restaurants, ATM, Casino and much more. The beach is within walking distance of a mere three minutes stroll. Similar is the famous Mullet Bay Beach, a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach.

The studio is fully equipped and furnished. To illustrate, the bedroom is comfortable with maximum storage, magnificent lighting and fine art. The kitchen and living area are openly define. Cozy kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a microwave. There is also a flat screen tv for your pleasurable enjoyment. Including in the studio is a working space convenient for two persons. Whether you choose to work from home or utilize as a study area. Exquisite bathroom which also consist of a washer and dryer.

Explore the neighboring French territory which is only three minutes pass the border. With a different culture and ambiance. Beautiful beaches with plenty to experience there. The main town is Marigot with the historical Fort Louis well sited on the hill overlooking the bay. There you can enjoy waterfront dining. The market comes alive on a Saturday morning, where you can buy all your fresh produce, meats and fishes, herds and spices.

Here on the Dutch side of the island ambiance is just as wonderful. Caribbean Cinema the only movie theater on the island with seven screens is only ten minutes drive away. Along the way you will drive through the Simpson Bay Village and that is where the you will find all needed to complement your stay

Nice, clean, and inexpensive

We had a great time staying in Rogers condo. Located close to everything you need and a short walk to Mullet Bay Beach and Cupecoy Beach. It was a great spot for our winter escape.

AUC move in

Stayed with my daughter first couple of days until she could move into her apartment. Place was very convenient to campus with ample parking. Found place quiet and clean with nice host. Would stay here again.

AUC Studio spectacular

Everything in the studio is beyond excellent. I needed quiet time yet ease to my favorite beaches. Return to St Maarten definite and if available AUC studio will be my first choice.

Great location

Location was perfect for us visiting our daughter at Medschool in Cupecoy. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect for a couple.Very close walking distance to local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We rented a car but did not need to. Owner was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Will rent again for our next visit.

The communication with Roger was perfect. He offered us a free airport transfer which was very helpful. The appartement was clean and free of bugs. As we cooked in the kitchen almost every evening we would have appreciated some more glasses and cutlery. We did not have a rental car, but the beach nextby was wonderful. We had a perfect time in Cupecoy.

Incredibly Relaxing

We had an amazing time in Rogers studio apartment.Roger met us at the airport and waited for us as we were an hr and a half late due to customs at the airport.He was very understanding.The apt.suites us perfect so close to bars,restaraunts and Mullet beach where we spent most of our days relaxing on the beach reading and swimming.A wonderful way to spend 2 winter months.Thank you Roger for everything.

Condo in Jordon Village

We stayed at Roger’s condo from Jan until March 2023 and had an amazing stay. Roger is a fantastic host and keep in touch with us on a regular basis while we were there. Upon arrival in Sint Maarten, Roger with his welcoming smile was at the airport to pick us and take us to our condo. He made sure everything was in order to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Jordon Village area is an ideal location. Fat Tony’s is a must place to eat as well as Shogun, LaCinghona and the sushi place is amazing. Highly recommend this area for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. St Maarten vacation

When we arrived we were welcomed by a taxi that Mr. Roger had arranged for us, who brought us to the apartment. We enjoyed the apartment for 5 weeks. When we needed information, he was very quick with replaying. There were enough towels, bedding and even some nice soaps. For that time we were self sustained. The kitchen has enough supplies (pans, cutlery etc..)to be able to cook a full meal. There was a wash machine and a drying rack, for your laundry. We really enjoyed our time. We rented a car (you don't really needed) to see the island. There is enough free parking. And there is a small grocery store around the corner from the building in front of you.(Carrefour express). You have some restaurants close by. Its close to 2 different beaches. Cupecoy and Mullet beach. On the main road you can catch the BUS to Phillipsburg or Marigot etc..We highly recommend Mr. Roger. And we hope to come back in the near future. Erik & Patricia

Roger is an excellent Host, who really cares about the people that visit the Island.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything that you would need should you choose to cook in. Beautiful views from the balcony of Mullet Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

The Easy Life
