There's plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and coordinating side chair. Your rental also includes Roku Streaming HD TV at no additional charge-bring your computer and surf by the surf with free Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property.

Step out onto your private balcony and take in the beach views. This is a great place for morning coffee and evening drinks at sunset. Plenty of seating and shade, too.

The dining area has a coastal chic table with 4 chairs so it's a great place for family and friends to gather for a meal. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drink-ware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you are on "kitchen duty."

The Beach House Main Suite has a luxury king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The Sea Shells second bedroom has two twin sized beds with an adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a modern tiled tub-shower combo, updated cabinetry and granite counter top. The bedroom has it's own TV with Roku, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing!

The full sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway right outside the guest bathroom. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
