This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake Ada. Just 10 minutes to Sanford SFB airport. Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and direct access to the screen porch. Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Screen porch and gas grill great for entertaining family and friends.

The house was cozy and clean and very comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was that there was no soap or shampoo in bathrooms and the dock had a lot of bird poop on it making it difficult to walk and sit there. Otherwise it is a lovely location and home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, well equipped and roomy. We loved having basic necessities in the house when we arrived. The beds are all very comfortable. The dock on the lake is an added bonus. Our boys really enjoyed fishing and the views were beautiful (especially when there is a rainbow). We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and all the amenities that you would need. This is my third year staying at this property. I really didn’t need this large of a house this time but the hosts are awesome and so is the house.

Relaxing Home with Beautiful View

We totally enjoyed our stay. The lake view is beautiful and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking.We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The lakeside location was perfect. Jay and Teresa have provided lakeside seating, screened patio with lake view, and view from inside the home. We biked to downtown and hiked the Black Bear Wilderness Area. Perfect vacation!

What a wonderful home! Clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and for this football obsessed family, amazing televisions! Communicating with the hosts was easy, they were very responsive. The location was ideal, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Even DoorDash found us! My husband loved being able to walk out the back door and fish whenever he wanted! And, watching our Florida thunderstorms roll in over the lake was a delight. We will definitely be back!

Terrible experience, super disappointed.. all the furniture is old and smells awful, the house hadn’t been cleaned for months, I found dead insects, spider webs, duty plates, mold on the shower and nasty pillows. All this traveling with my kids and they left a note saying “do not use pillows placed on bed because is for decoration only, use ones on the closet” when I when to see them, OMG nasty super nasty. Obviously the cabinets at kitchen weren’t clean as well..

Great place to stay

We were in Sanford to visit family. This house was great! It was wonderful to sit out on the dock in the warm breeze and watch a turtle in the water.

Family Friendly Home

Great location

We were in town for a wedding in Sanford, so it was nice to all be able to stay in a house where we could hang out together. The house was close to the wedding venue, to restaurants, parks with walking trails, the beach and the Kennedy Space Center. We really liked the beer at Wops Hops microbrewery and the food was very good at St Johns River Steak and Seafood. The view of the lake was pretty and we loved relaxing in the hammock.

Fishing trip

When we found this hidden gem on a private water ski lake (Jay is an avid skier), we knew it was the home for us. We like to be close to the Sanford Airport as we travel through there a lot.
We have a second home on this lake (VRBO #1596741) and a third home on the smaller lake in the same neighborhood (VRBO #2422057)
