This single story, open layout home is beautifully appointed with high-end beachy chic furnishings. The gorgeous color palette of tranquil blues and island brights will envelop you in the island lifestyle. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite meals for family and friends. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot are both provided.

The large living room area offers plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace and a mounted flat screen cable TV; providing an ideal place to curl up and watch a movie together. There is also a separate family room with its own large screen TV. This room offers another cozy place to enjoy with it's comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a table for games!

Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon are provided to ensure your days spent in the sun and surf are perfect! After a day at the beach, escape to your private tropical backyard oasis for a dip in your sparkling heated pool. Use the gas grill to prepare the catch of the day and dine alfresco under the island night sky.

The large Master Bedroom offers a king bed, cable TV, and a full en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and cable TV. The third bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds and cable TV. The second bath is equipped with a beautiful glass and tile walk in shower. The laundry room is well appointed with a full sized front load washer and dryer, as well as a laundry sink!

Nestled in the northern portion of Anna Maria Island's city of Holmes Beach, Gone Coastal 3 is close to everywhere you'll want to go during your island vacation! You'll be less than a 3 minute walk from the island's legendary sunsets, and just a short golf cart, trolley or bike ride away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
