Loved my week at Topsail! The condo was clean, comfortable, and gave us the perfect view and feel of the ocean. We had easy access to beach day and night. Our condo was fully equipped every thing we needed to cook. Marc and Candace were available and responsive to any questions we had. This was our third year staying at one of their rentals and we will be back.

This condo sits on the Ocean Front with immediate access to the beach. A laid back vibe and not crowded this time of year.

This property and location was exactly as our hosts described. The closeness to the ocean made our stay fantastic. The host were available with communication responses right away. We will stay there again.

Winter Solstice

Had a lovely romantic weekend getaway for winter solstice. Enjoyed an ocean view in off season lots of stars at night, sunrise and dolphins playing in the water. The upgraded kitchen and bath are delightful. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Property was very clean, had all the essentials, nice deck area out sliding doors. Ocean is right there! I felt very comfy.

Amazing ocean views and access

Great location and amazing views! Condo was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Although my check in ran into a couple of snags, the property manager and VRBO customer service were very responsive. Exactly what you want when there’s an issue!

Ocean Breeze

A great little getaway for some much needed me time!! Love that I could wake up and eat breakfast with the ocean literally right there !! Place was super clean ( I can be picky ) and fresh. The only complaint I have is that I had to leave complex to get to a spot to walk to the beach , but that is a mild complaint as there are many near spots to explore!! Mattress was super comfy wish I knew the brand I would pro sly purchase one !!

Last Minute Getaway

My wife and I were able to get away on short notice and had a wonderful and relaxing time at this Toprsail Beach condo. Owner was super to work with. We were right on the beach, ocean front and everything we needed was provided. I was able to get a little work done with the available wifi and my wife met some friendly ladies on the beach. Just what we needed to finish off summer.

Perfect little getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary this past week. We wanted a place that we could just unplug and enjoy the beach and this place was perfect! It had everything we needed and was just steps from the beach. We sat on the balcony, drank our coffee in the morning and listened to the ocean. The view was amazing! Marc was easily reached if we had questions and the place was clean and well organized. We felt completely at home. Easy check in/ check out, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Time!

We went to celebrate a milestone birthday and had a fabulous time! The location was perfect for "getting away" but not too far away to get essentials from grocery stores. The full kitchen allowed us to cook several meals, yet we also visited several local restaurants. The Tiki Bar across the street was fabulous for adult (and some child-friendly) entertainment, including karaoke. The bed was super comfortable! The neighbors were friendly and all the people we encountered were wonderful. On our last full day there, the complex installed gates with combinations to allow access to the beach. It helps keep the beach area private to those in the community. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Great condo right at the beach

We loved our short stay at this beautiful and well decorated condo. It's right on the beach and has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The condo is right on the beach. The water does close the beach in front of the condo during a high tide but there are other beaches close by that you can go to. Also, there's PLENTY of sand and beach once the waters recede - which for us was around mid-day so we have plenty of daylight left to enjoy the beach in front of the condo. You also get beautiful views of the ocean from the deck and we were even lucky to view dolphins just a few feet from the beach. Marc was truly very helpful and responsive. All in all a great experience and we hope to visit again for sure!

4 weeks was not long enough.

Loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the morning and again in the evening. Nothing better than a beach view. The condo was as pictured and met my needs. Although kitchen was beautiful, I felt some items should be updated or replaced i.e. pot holders, kitchen towel ( 2 would be nice) . Some of the utensils in the drawers. But I also understand that regrettably people steal things. Owner was quick to respond and act on a few things that came up. Thank you.

Just WOW!!

We did NOT stay 1 night here at all. Maybe 30min total. Did not even unload the car. Got to the room 12:30 am at night Cockroaches on the wall, under the cabinets and on the countertops. Found a cockroach bait trap under the pull out sofa . This place has cockroaches or as the owner says “ palmetto bug” aka an American cockroach Did not want to refund all of my money DO NOT STAY HERE

The pictures on the internet of this property are deceiving. There is a sandbag wall that keeps the water from reaching the condo's, and you can only access your personal beach at low tide. The square footage of the condo is not enough for 3 people to stay comfortably and should not be advertised as such. The ac unit kept it freezing cold in there even at 75, and the option was to turn it off and sweat to death. There is no dishwasher. The people that live there full time are also rude as hell and make it known they don't want tourists. There is new construction going on across the street so it will soon be less safe and more busy.

Quaint Location

Our mouths dropped as soon as we entered the spot! It was everything and more! The futon shown in the images actually got upgraded to a nice leather couch that pulls out into a full size bed. That was a great surprise. The view is spectacular. Marc also left some clear notes on the fridge and plenty of towels, wash cloths and cleaning items for our stay. Check in and out was a breeze! The bedroom did get a little hot at night but luckily there’s a rotating fan available. Also, the bathroom has a red warming light for those chilly nights however, we found it to be a good night light so we don’t wake our the baby with a bright light in the middle of the night. It was nice having k-pods ready for our morning coffee! All you need is some creamer :) Don’t try to order delivery! Pizza delivery maybe but this location is pretty remote that the “at-home” family dinners is lovey and needed! However we did order take out from Ricks Restaurant (12min drive away) and the door was great! The kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, cookware and Tupperware. The beach was really quiet, small families around but nothing too crowded. Low tide in the early morning and late afternoon; as Marc provided a good website to keep track of the tides. This was certainly a great stay for us and our little one, we will be back!
