Hi Emilio, thank you for taking time to provide feedback from your recent stay. We sincerely apologize again for the miscommunication on our part which affected your check-in. We have been revising our check-in procedures and our team made a mistake as you mentioned. We are working on smoothing out the new process so that it does not happen again. Regarding beach towels and beach chairs, we do not provided these items for our rental properties. Occasionally items are left from previous renters, but it is not a guarantee. We send every guest an email 3 - 4 weeks in advance of check-in which contains a list of items that we recommend bringing along, such as beach towels and chairs, as these items are not provided. We are sorry to hear that the check-in process and the maintenance items affected your stay in the way that it did and apologize for any inconvenience it caused you.
