Incredible views and great location! Admire the views as you walk in thru the private entrance. The suite has it's own balcony, ample room for parking, king size bed, large flat screen TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two burner hot plate, outdoor grill, own heating and cooling (mini-split) system and a ceiling fan. Washer/dryer available. Includes a Red Rock Pass for access to the trailhead parking lots and a soft pack cooler and ice packs. There is no separate living room. And sorry, but no pets and no smoking on the premises.

WOW! What a view. Mike was very attentive, the place was clean, quiet, and fully stocked. Upon arrival, you are given instructions and suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. When we had a question, Mike replied back immediately. We will be back.

Our stay in Sedona offered just the right balance between rest and inspiration. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and peaceful…a quiet space that gave us room to breathe after long days of hiking and exploring. It felt like a true home base, not just a place to sleep.We appreciated the touches of warmth and care…from the inviting common spaces to the sense of calm that seemed to settle over the home as the red rocks glowed at sunset. Everything was just as described, if not better.If you’re looking for a place that allows you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect… this is it. It gave us both rest for the body and room for the soul.

Mike and Barbara have very thoughtfully equipped this lovely place with everything one might need. It is spacious, comfortable, and comes with beautiful red rock views. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive to everything. Check in and out was very easy and even though the unit is attached to the hosts’ home, there is complete privacy and we never felt like we were invading their space or vice versa. Prior to this trip, I had too many disappointing stays where the properties were dirty and not wellmaintained so I was leaning heavily towards never going the vacation rental route again but this has definitely restored my faith that beautiful places with hosts who care, still exist. I will happily recommend this place to everyone and look to book again if I’m ever back in Sedona. Thanks Mike and Barbara!

Theres not enough room to put all if the great things here!! Mike and Barbara were seuper hosts! From the 1st step in late at night we were met, helped with our luggage and chatted. The next day we woke up to the most beautiful morning we had ever seen! Coffee on the deck made it so peaceful. His pictures are right on! We saw cyotes, bunnies, lots of hummingbirds! Great location. Just a heads up when you go out to eat..some places tack on a 3% business charge at the bittom if you bill, tell the waiter youre not paying it!! They will take it off. We are definitely going back to stay with Mike and Barbara again! Thanks Mike

Perfect for Couples

We booked this property for 6 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Mike was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Breath taking views!

Beautiful place. Mike was so helpful and accommodating. Best view in Sedona. The apartment looks even better in person. I would go back and highly recommend.

Convenient but private

We loved our stay here. It was just minutes away from the lively towns and daily hikes/activities, but when we went back “home” it felt secluded and quiet. The view is amazing. The host is fantastic!- available but gives you your privacy. You should stay here!

this place is above and beyond the listing - it was perfect for us! The owner is fantastic and so helpful and the place is huge - and beautiful. I would stay here over a hotel ANY day.

A cozy suite, perfect for two, but with a huge viewMy wife and I stayed here for a week-plus during October and had a fantastic time. The suite was perfect for the two of us. It is not a big place, but there was plenty of room for us and our stuff. The kitchenette is well appointed and had almost everything we needed (I mentioned to the owner that a toast would be a good addition). The place was spotless when we arrived. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a lot of room and the shower is outstanding (felt so good after a day hiking in Red Rock Country).The best part is the view! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony (in the morning before hitting the trail, and later in the afternoon with a post-hike beer or glass of wine). Courthouse Butte dominates the vista. Plus there were lots of birds in the open lot next door, and we spotted coyotes, rabbits and javelina there during our stay.The location is ideal. Just a short drive to the restaurants and shops in the Village of Oak Creek, or to several excellent trails. Depending on traffic, you can drive to Uptown Sedona or the trails in West Sedona in 30 minutes or less.Mike was great to work with. Booking, check-in and check-out were a breeze. All questions were answered quickly. We had an outstanding stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona.

Peaceful upscale guest suite with stunning views.

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful and super clean guest suite with gorgeous views. Very spacious with upscale amenities. Our favorites were the wonderful shower and patio deck to view sunrises and stargaze from. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing place to stay!

The property is beautiful, very well kept, quiet and secure. The back patio is so peaceful and the views are just amazing. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed…the fridge and washer/dryer worked perfectly. The location is great with restaurants, shops and hiking very close. Mike is a wonderful host. He was super easy to reach when we had questions and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property and definitely would love to return for a future visit to Sedona. If you need a perfect getaway, this is the place!

We are Mike and Barbara. Both of us are 40+ year AZ residents. We moved to Sedona from Flagstaff on July 1, 2020. Built our dream house with additional space to share with family, friends and guests. Mike is an Air Force veteran and currently works for a medical device company. Barbara is retired after a long career with FedEx. We love anything outdoors: hiking, biking, sunsets on the deck and road trips with our RV.
