Tub has air and water jets. Three decks. Outdoor fire pit. Home has whole house water filtration system, the waterhad been tested and is safe for consumption, the wonderful mountain water is drinkable from the tap! There is a small screened in porch off the sunroom which leads to another west facing deck. This home is wheelchair assessable. All decks are wheelchair accessible if needed. Just a short drive or walk to the Big Ivy Historical Park. The property is close to blue ridge parkway, 24 miles to Biltmore House, nine miles to Craggy Gardens, 27 miles to Wolf Laurel Ski area, Erwin Tennessee apple festival and strawberry festival is just over Sams Gap, Cherokee Indian reservation, Hot Srings North Carolina is appropriately 23 miles away and 99 miles to Gatlinburg Tennessee. Several Trout fishing streams in close proximity to the property with appropriate license (Look at the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission website for regulations).
