"Sea-renity" is where we'd like to see you for your next Destin getaway!



The Space:

Our 3-story town home style condo, located on the notorious Holiday Isle in central Destin, boasts some of the BEST views in our entire complex of Laguna Point. Harbor front views are seen from each room, with FOUR water front balconies! The natural light encompasses our space, and embodies you with sunshine, the quintessential feeling of all things "Florida." We're happy to accommodate up to six guests at our home, with plenty of space to enjoy.

Here's a full walkthrough of what it's like to stay at "Sea-Renity"



When you enter the complex, just drive straight back toward the water, you’ll find us at the end of the building. Take a break to step onto the back dock, breathe in the salt air, and maybe see a few fish (and on rare occasions, dolphins) leap from the water or a boat cruising by. We offer convenient keyless entry for all of our guests, so both arrival & the duration of your stay involves seamless entry.



The fun at "Sea-renity" begins on the first floor garage area. Enjoy our full-sized ping pong table and a cozy second living area, perfect for movie nights on the Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu Live. Kids will love having their own space to hang out too. A bonus tandem bicycle is kept here, a unique complimentary amenity for guests to cruise around on! Guests can find our full sized washer and dryer in this space as well.



Up the first staircase, look to the left midway & get a stellar view from our "porthole" style window. Continuing up you'll enter directly into our dining area with seating for four at the table, and two at the breakfast bar. The first balcony is located here, with a small seating area.



Our kitchen is directly off the dining area, with an open concept feel. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well!



The living room is open to the dining area, with a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and a few chairs to accommodate everyone! We have a large flat screen Roku-enabled Smart TV with provided Hulu Live. Our fun pops of color & eclectic beach decor, paired with the natural light from the SECOND waterfront balcony on this floor leaves an unmatched level of vacation mode for our guests.



Up to the third floor, guests will find both bedrooms. No need to worry about being the first to pick your room, as both bedrooms have their own private bath! To the right is the Queen bedroom, complete with a Roku-enabled Smart TV, with provided Hulu Live, and closet space for storing your luggage. The bathroom offers a shower & tub combo, toilet, and vanity. Much like the other rooms in this home, you can enjoy your own private balcony with a water view!



The second bedroom offers a King sized bed & Roku-enabled Smart TV with provided Hulu Live. The last balcony is private to this room & has the best view, being on the third floor! The ensuite bathroom is spacious with his and hers sinks on a large vanity space, toilet, walk-in closet, and a walk-in tiled shower.



Guests can enjoy access to our docks out back for fishing, pickup from the water taxi (many various boats run depending on the season). We regretfully do not offer boat slips for guest use, but can recommend local marinas for your watercraft needs!



Beach access is a short walk away, about 10 homes from your place. It is a gated area, exclusive to guests staying only on Holiday Isle and a keycard is provided for use during your stay.



Please note: Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 16. Any additional (Or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor (but these spots are first come first serve and NOT guaranteed.)



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire townhome and the docks out back - perfect for fishing or simply soaking up the peaceful waterfront views. One of the best perks? Private gated beach access just 10 homes away (a quick 2-minute walk)! We’ll provide a keycard so you can enjoy it throughout your stay.

While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



The Neighborhood:

Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. No matter which direction you go, you’re never far from the beach and all the fun Destin has to offer!



Getting Around:

• The private gated beach access is a short 10 homes away from your doorstep of the condo. Everything else easily accessed by car, and we're located centrally in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 52 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 53 miles



Other Things to Note:

• This is a 3 story townhome with stairs only & no elevator access. It's not always a good fit for those with mobility issues.

• Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)

• Linens and beach towels are provided. A courtesy supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bag, dish and laundry detergent) is included. For longer stays or larger groups, please bring any additional supplies you may need.

• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use, we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach items are not provided or guaranteed.

• Please note that beach equipment and beach supplies are not provided.

• Please note: Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 16. Any additional (Or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor (but these spots are first come first serve and NOT guaranteed.)

• Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.

• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10PM. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
