We're 6 miles from UT, 8 miles from downtown, moments from shopping and dining in Bearden, 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 1 hour from Dollywood. Enjoy the fire-pit, hot tub, and huge screened-in porch before you hit downtown, or never leave and sink into the high quality beds. Family friendly, but fun for adults too.

The cabin was a little hard to find especially when arriving after dark, but is located in a convenient area. The host had great communication and was very helpful. The decor was cute and you can tell they care about your stay.

Very cute, comfortable cabin. Lots of space. Awesome location. The huge hot tub was wonderful. We loved having coffee on the screened on porch and watching the deer every morning. We will definitely return.

Wonderful cabin close to Knoxville!

This cabin is in a perfect location. It has amazing amenities, is so homey, has wonderful spaces both indoors and out and the host was great!! Would definitely return when back in Knoxville.

Peaceful, relaxing cabin nestled back in the woods

We loved the enclosed deck/porch, hot tub, surrounding trees and woods. We saw deer and enjoyed having coffee/tea on the enclosed deck/porch. The kitchen could use a narrow/small buffet or countertop to add counter space, but we also understand that there is not a lot of space. The owner or manager was very communicative, conscientious, and fast to respond and even sent an instacart delivery to make sure we had soft toilet paper. We would love to come back!

Excellent location!

This place is a little retreat! It’s in a great location close to everything but far enough away to feel private and relaxing. We stayed for a ”staycation”, just to get away by ourselves for a few days. We’ll definitely be back!

Couldn’t Have Had a Better Experience!!!!

Property was clean and well furnished/stocked. Elizabeth reached out to ensure that we had no issues getting into the property and to ensure we did not need anything. Beautiful house and loved the neighborhood. Transportation was easy to find, we had to get to campus for a concert and a football game and had no issues at all to or from. No cheap furniture, slept like a baby. I have only good things to say, we will definitely be back.

Family visit for UTK student

Hidden gem. Great area to spend family time and enjoy the beautiful woodsy vibe. Everything we needed for dinners at home, s’mores around the fire, bags tournament and relaxing in the hot tub.

Beautiful house, great location!

This house was great for our family of 6 (two adults, three teenagers (15, 17, 18), a 10 year-old). The rooms were spacious and the screened in porch was a perfect spot to begin the day listening to the birds and seeing the sun shine through the trees! The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the house was just the right distance from Knoxville and close enough to the Great Smoky Mountains for a day trip there. Elizabeth was friendly and responsive and very helpful in recommending what to do and see in the area. We would definitely recommended this place to anyone wanting a cabin in the woods that is just outside of the city!

Great getaway cabin

The cabin was perfect for our needs - quiet and secluded but not too far from the city, shopping, and dining. I especially loved the screened in deck. It was a peaceful way to start and end the day, and we saw lots of birds and deer come through which was neat. The bedrooms were a good size and the king size bed in the main room was super comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of 4.

Quaint Cabin in the Woods

This quaint cabin was beautifully set in the woods with a few neighbors houses seen through the trees. The cabin is old on the outside and could use some updating but the owners have done a great job on the inside. There were a few minor things that needed attention but nothing that stopped us from having an enjoyable stay. My kids loved the new hot tub and went in every day! The layout of the cabin was PERFECT! As for the driveway, yes it’s a bit steep but once you get the hang of it, it’s not as bad as it looks. The top could be bigger for turn around purposes but it worked for us and our 2 vehicles. The property is a 15-20 minute drive into Knoxville so plan accordingly. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the owner was very responsive during our stay!

Cozy and great location

This is my second stay at this cabin. Loved it! Clean, has everything you need for satay, great communication with owner, and perfect and safe location. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a great experience in a city with a mountain feel.

Our cabin has the unique combination of privacy and convenience. Our guests love the fact that they can get food and groceries delivered as well as attend UT football games and local events in Knoxville, while feeling like they're getting a true East Tennessee experience. The tree swing, the fire pit, and the hot tub, make this a "wow" place for everyone who gets the opportunity to drive up the driveway.
