The main bedroom faces the golf course and has a huge bathroom with tub, shower, 2 sinks and vanity. 2nd bedroom has an office and pull-out queen sofa - bathroom with tub in the hallway; the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and own bath with shower. As a bonus, there is another small room off the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and desk. Perfect place if you are escaping for a week and need to fit in a little work or you just need a little personal time. We are centrally located - walking distance to Coachella and Stagecoach ; visit Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Joshua Tree and more!

This property has full access to the community swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, pickleball and bocce. Enjoy!

ALSO, this is a NON-SMOKING property - inside and out please! Violating this house rule will forfeit deposit. We also have a strict no-pets policy. Please note: for anyone with severe allergies please note that there has been a dog and cat in the house at one time though items related have been removed and it has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times since that time.
