Games and Play: Karaoke! House is equipped with karaoke, ready to go with over 70,000 songs in English, Korean, and several other languages.

Ping Pong table in the garage, Simpsons arcade game. Board games include chess, checkers, Clue, Jumanji, Monopoly, Apples to Apples and so much more. Giant 4ft tall Jenga/Tumbling Towers. Giant Connect 4. High quality poker chips and cards.

Kitchen and Dining:
Step into a spacious gourmet kitchen. The newly furnished, fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, new oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. It features a huge 4x6 quartz kitchen island. Enjoy meals in the dinning room with dining for eight or enjoy company at the kitchen island with seating for five.

Living:
The Living room features a new 75” Samsung Smart TV. Lots of board games to choose from.

Four Bedrooms (One bedroom on the first floor, folding bed on second floor, pull out sofa bed on second floor and remaining bedrooms are upstairs):

FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE is located on the first floor and features a Queen-sized Bed, reach in closet, dresser and private, en suite bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2) Has a desk.

UPSTAIRS PRIMARY SUITE is located upstairs and features a King-sized Bed, ceiling fan, and impressive views of the lake from the sliding doors lead you to the balcony. Private, en suite bathroom features tiled shower and two vanity sinks. Includes premium folding bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress. (sleeps 3). Enjoy a 58 inch Samsung Smart TV.

KING BEDROOM has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan and reach in closet. Features a 75 inch Samsung TV and desk. (sleeps 2)

QUEEN+TWIN BEDROOM features one queen-size bed, a twin-sized bed, desk with chair, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. (sleeps 4)

Upstairs loft area has a pull-out queen sofa bed (sleeps 2)

An additional powder room (4th bathroom) is located on the first floor.

Other Amenities: High Speed wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Propane gas grill.

The pool also operates as a spa with jets. Pool+Spa heating is $75 per nigh (2 night minimum).

Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask. We provide consumable household supplies (kitchen, bath and laundry) to last a few days but you may need to pick up additional supplies to last your reservation.

Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50 for the reservation (maximum two pets). If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), Garage (2 vehicles), permit-based street parking (subject to availability). If you will be bringing more than 4 cars, please confirm availability first!

Day time street parking is available for additional vehicles. After 10pm, any cars in excess of the number confirmed will need to be street parked right outside the community gates. Please see Additional House Rules for vehicle restrictions.

Until further notice from the HOA, fishing in the lake is not allowed so that the fish can repopulate. The fines are $750+ per incident. NO FISHING IS PERMITTED.

Guests have access to the house and the lakefront property. One block away, there is a park and children's playground.

There is no access to a closet in the downstairs hall, used as a supply closet.
