Great trip

Beautiful home. Great scenery. Great support from the owner. The location can be a bit of a challenge when there's a lot of snow and ice.

This is simply amazing property. The best so far we ever rented! The host is very prompt, caring and friendly. This huge mansion is well maintained and has lot of amenities. We spent 3 nights without going out anywhere. Simply enjoyed the view and the property. It gave royal feeling to all of us and kids too had a great time!

Unbelievable views in an amazing home

We stayed at this place over Thanksgiving with a large group which included children. It is undoubtedly one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was clean, has the best views and a ton of room for a big group. Kids didn't know which section of the home to run around since there is so much space. It's definitely an estate with its own private entrance up the hill. Just the front space of the home is amazing - our kids rode bikes up and down all day long. The master bedroom is immense and has a lovely bathroom. There is a special game room with board games, a table tennis table, a poker table etc. We didn't feel the need to step out at all since the deck area is so nice and large with enough seating space. Watching the sunset is a dream from the deck. The best of the home is the owner. He was excellent with his communication, ensured to answer every call and text of mine even leading up the stay. There was a small issue with the gate and he called help right away for us. He acknowledged some of the things that weren't working and ensured to call the plumber once we left. You can tell that Kunwar is proud of his home and spends time and money on the upkeep. Yes the wifi is not the best but I believe it's due to the location being a little remote. Overall we couldn't have asked for more and our friends has the best time ever. I would highly highly suggest this home especially with friends and family.

WORSE STAY EVER !

This was by far the worse 3 days we spent ever at any rental property. First off the Entire house had a bad smell. I had to run to Walmart and buy 10 scented candles to musk the smell. All the beds where completely filthy and smelled like heavy musk. All the furniture had crumbs, debris from other people stays and all sorts of dirt. The kitchen was aweful. Dirty pots and pans, stove top that doesn’t work properly only has high settings so the food burns. Ovens that do not even turn on. A dishwasher that leaks soap all over the place. A bbq grill that catches fire due to all the gunk and grim built up from prior users. After jumping into our beds only to realize they had never been cleaned then trying to wash them in a washing machine full of mold and mildew was horrible for my guest of 25 people. We had to drive to Walmart in the pouring rain to purchase new linens. The owner acknowledged and offered to pay for them which is beyond me. The landlord totally disregards our complaints and offers to send cleaning people in the middle of the night which is ubsurd. You can’t clean this place in a few hours ! More like a few days. 6 of my guest are reporting bed bug bites and 5 got covid during the stay due to insufficient sanitizing. The worse stay ever.

We have had this property for past 3 years. We have had all kinds of guests but no one EVER gave us less than 5 stars on every front. This is the most difficult guest that ee ever had. There is not many Airbnb/VRBO property owners who are available 24/7 along with a team of maintenance and cleaners for any help that the guests needs. We are extremely proud of our Luxury Mansion and our services. This is first and hopefully last time we have had guests who do nothing but complain, not let us in the house to verify and fix the problem if any, threaten us, check in early, check out late, do not reply to phone calls or messages during the stay, will send the complain message but when we call to find out would not reply calls or messages, stay full 3 nights in a $3-4Million home, but after leaving wants us to pay them back $5000. If he did not like the home, he should have checked out the very first day. If there is an ussue, let us inspect and gix it. This guest had no previous reviews but we took a chance. They left the beds with kids pee and vomit in on the expensive Duvets that we will have to replace it. On top of all that, he somehow reached out to my wife, who does not have anything to do with this vacation rental, and harassing her as well. If no previous reviews, a host should be extra careful. By the way, I sent $100 chocolate/Champagne for New Year's for the guests but never got a thank you.

We bought is gorgeous castle this year but we cannot live there so we visit as often as we can. We would love to share this extraordinary experience with others for a nominal cost to cover the expense to maintain this huge property. Please join us and enjoy some time in the Sierras.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is a Victorian Style property with modern facilities located just 2.5 hours away from San Francisco bay area but you can still enjoy the snow as it is nestled in Sierra mountains. The drive to this home is very scenic. One can enjoy the rolling hills without feeling that one drove more than 2 hours.

The custom estate was built only few years ago with all the fine details. This luxurious home has 5 bedrooms and 4 other rooms to have enough space for everyone. It can easily accommodate 30+ guests but we have restricted to 16 people max to maintain the ambiance and charm of this home and due to these unprecedented times.

The Kitchen is equipped with the Antique style appliance imported from Britain. Every part of the home has a character. The 2500 sq feet deck has 180 degree view of the mountain range. Most of the home has a direct access to this deck. The pictures do not do the justice so please visit to see for yourself.

It is located just few minutes from the beautiful downtown of Sonora on one side and Twain Harte downtown on the other. There is lot to do nearby including Dodge Ridge Ski to Lakes like New Melones and Phoenix Reservoir. There are more than 300 campsites, Hiking, biking and equestrian trails and abundant water-based recreation. Over 600,000 visitor enjoy the nearby Lake New Melones recreational opportunities every year.

Go ahead and pamper yourself to this amazing county and stay at the most luxurious estate . Cheers
