Near the Air Force Academy North entrance and Colorado Springs sites. This listing reserves the whole lower level floor of a gorgeous new home for a completely private stay; main level is owner occupied, but access is completely separated by house design—even separate driveways! Relax on your private outdoor patio by a fire, watching the sunset over views of a beautiful mountain lake and the Front Range. Play mini-golf on your own private course, pickleball, or basketball; and watch bald eagles soar from the hot tub. Inside play pool and cook like a chef in a full kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware.

A great home away from home!

My family really enjoyed The Fly By. It was really clean with many amenities, including a walking / hiking trail nearby. And the communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend staying here if you have a family and are looking for a great place to stay.

We settled in beautiful Colorado in 2018 after 25 years of moving around the continent while serving in the military. We built our dream home here and we are excited to share this special getaway with you. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we did building it.

We've named the suite "The Fly-By" because our property is situated along the path that military jets take when they fly low-altitude across the Air Force Academy located a just couple miles to our South. Several times per week we enjoy the "sound of freedom" crossing over us with up-close views of our nation's phenomenal air-power.

Situated near so much of what makes Colorado a destination for your vacation! Minutes from I-25 to get to everything you on your list of attractions. But you may not want to leave--the suite is packed with entertainment (pool table, pickleball/basketball court, ping pong, mini-golf, darts, horseshoes, etc). Relax on the private patio by the fire pit, grill up a steak on the bbq, and watch a bald eagle hunting fish on the lake. Wow!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This 2020-completed modern home is designed specifically to accommodate guests for privacy and an amazing view of the mountain lake and the Colorado Front Range mountains. The space is large and excellently apportioned with 9 foot ceilings and oversized windows in bedrooms and living room/kitchen--it does NOT feel like a basement. The property is fenced with private gates for assurance of security. We (the owners) live above the suite, but are empty-nesters and we keep to ourselves without noisy pets or children, so the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing.
