Stress Out Apartment

The roots of my family are from this old town, which is for us an amazing place to live.

I will be more than happy to show you the family home where my grandparents used to live, and which is in the generations.

As a family, we are very active, and all of us are involved as a host.

I'm 31 years old. I like swimming, fishing, glider flying, and Lego bricks.

I can show you a lot of possibilities for how to spend time in Split, and its surroundings. I would like to help you with everything that you need.

I like people, and I really like to meet people from other parts of the world.

We'll do our best to be good hosts.

The house dates back to the 19 century.

It was renovated after having been bombed in World War II.

The maternal side of my family has owned the house since its construction in the 19th century. My grandparents lived in the house in the past.

My grandfather used to make pastries in the basement of the house which would afterward be delivered to the pastry shop which he owned, and which was situated in the center of the town. Today their descendants continue to live in the house

The apartment is ideal for people who want to relax in Split, especially after a day of sightseeing. The surroundings is very peaceful.

The apartment contains two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a private garden with a BBQ

The apartment has also been equipped with LG Smart TV that has Netflix and similar platforms available for use.

Underfloor heating has been installed in the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom and is one of the pros if you decide to book the apartment for a winter stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the private garden which grants them complete privacy.

If you come before the check-in time we have a special place for luggage where you can leave it, also if you need to stay in town after the check-out you can use the luggage space to keep your items safe.

Since 01 of June 2018, we installed a smoke and carbon detector in the apartment which is located in both rooms, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen.

When you will come to the apartment I will provide a written house manual with all information about the apartment and town you need to know.

Also if you have any additional questions It will be my pleasure to be at your service.

Private garden surrounded with big walls with BBQ, underfloor heating and smoke and carbon detector in the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linens, a crib for a kid, high chair, and baby bath.

Few minutes walk from the center of the old town, green market, bakeries, pharmacy store, food stores, and bus /train/ferry station.

I'm ready to help you with everything you need.

I have knowledge of restaurants and places to visit in and outside of Split.

If you come by ferry/ boat you will be picked up at the ferry station and then there is 5 minutes walk approximately to the apartment.

If you come by plane, just outside of the aerodrome you can find a bus station with shuttle buses ( white one, company Croatian Airlines) which drive directly to the main Split bus terminal.

In that case, I will be waiting for you there and then we can continue together towards the apartment.

From the bus station to the apartment there is an easy 5-minute walk.

From the Split airport to the main Split bus terminal it takes approximately a 30-45 minute drive, depending on the traffic.

The ticket for the bus is approximately 8 euros per person.

I will be more than happy to help you with anything you might need and will be able to recommend a lot of fun and interesting activities in Split and its surroundings.

An extra fee for cleaning is not paid because all guests are treated like friends.

I thought to mention that I have a rich knowledge of Split and its surroundings because I have lived here since I was born and I am very connected to the town's 1700-year-long tradition.

What is more, my family belongs to one of the oldest here in Split and it can trace its roots back to the 15th century.
