Beautiful condo. Very clean upon our arrival. Amy was super great to communicate with. The condo is the last one before the pier so it was not very crowded. We had a wonderful trip.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Property owners were very easy to get a hold of and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Views were amazing

Beautiful sunset views

Absolutely gorgeous view of the sunsets and Gulf. The condo was very clean & spacious. The host was very helpful and readily available if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location by Fishing Pier

We enjoyed our stay with great location close to fishing pier. Covered parking with easy walk to condo, pool, and beach. Having beach service included was a big plus. Condo was nicely decorated with all the essentials needed for our stay. Large balcony with nice view of pier. Would definitely stay here again.

Short break from the snow up north

We have stayed at Sterling Reef before and like the walk to the pier and restaurants. Great balcony, super kitchen and comfy furniture and beds. Parking is easy.

Comfortable, clean condo with wonderful beach views

We really enjoyed our stay July 15-22. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and the included beach chair rental was a plus! The owner was very responsive with questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo for your PCB vacation!

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location and convenience of parking. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, water park, mini golf and more! It isn't overly crowded and we really enjoy the perk of having chair service down at the beach! The condo is clean and spacious for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable and the box fan in the closet was a nice surprise this trip! The view from the 5th floor is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!
