A partir del 21/10 y hasta el 13/12, la piscina Lagoon y la piscina East Polynesian estarán cerradas por mantenimiento. La piscina oeste, ubicada entre las torres 3 y 4, permanecerá abierta.

¡No esperes los ascensores! ¡El cálido sol de Florida y la fresca brisa del mar lo esperan en este hermoso condominio en el segundo piso en Long Beach Resort en la nueva y mejorada torre 2, uno de los resorts más bonitos y exclusivos de Panama City Beach! Este condominio colorido presenta una vida de lujo en su mejor momento con un toque de 'Key West'. Vistas de pared a pared frente al mar desde todas las habitaciones de este espacioso paraíso de 1400 pies cuadrados, y con la ubicación de este complejo, es conveniente para todo, desde excelentes restaurantes hasta un Super Walmart al otro lado de la calle. Gran piscina tipo laguna (6800 pies cuadrados) con cascadas, spas con hidromasajes, dos piscinas polinesias (climatizadas por temporada), bar y parrilla en el lugar (estacional), hermosos jardines y alquiler de motos acuáticas / sombrillas en el lugar, así como acceso privado las 24 horas y seguridad. La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas, DVD / VCR y un sofá cama doble. Hay una cama King-size en la habitación principal con pantalla plana / DVD nueva y dos camas matrimoniales con pantalla plana / DVD nueva en la habitación de invitados. Stay here - The view is spectacular!!!

This property is exactly as described and has the most amazing view! We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. The beach is also a short walk, the pool has a great staff and offers food, drinks, and ice cream. The host is very responsive and the location is convenient! We will definitely stay here again and share it with others!

Great Location

First off I want to say, Kim’s Condos was amazing, the check in process was phenomenal. The condo itself is a little outdated, the carpet is worn and the mattress in the main bedroom needs replaced. Overall- it was a great stay. We always have a great time in PCB, and would definitely use Kim’s Condos again. The beach chairs that come with the unit are also a plus!

Great space

This unit was clean with plenty of room. The location on the 2nd floor was great. They supplied a reasonable amount of necessities such as toilet paper etc. and the patio furniture was fabulous

SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED!

My first impression was the front door to this condo. I thought if the rest of the condo looked like this, I would be very upset. The door looked like it had been beat on, paint peeling and you could not read the numbers on the keypad at all. The deadbolt on the door would not work. I was the first to enter the condo and immediately started comparing it to the pics on VRBO. The carpet was emerald green, stained in many places and spots that were very discolored. Some of the furniture was different. We discovered the love seat was wet. (Like someone had tried to clean it.) We could not sit on it. There were no pillowcases for the pillows in the closet for the sofa sleeper, so we didn't use it. The comforter on one of the queen size beds had tears at the seams on the top. (Coming apart at the seams from washing probably.) The air conditioner was great and the furniture on the patio was awesome We stayed out there enjoying the view more than inside. I did really like the layout of the condo. The pictures need to be updated! S.Hill

Fantastic Week

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a couple more nights. The communication with Kim was great! The view, the location all was great! I do hope they get a new mattress for the master bedroom before next year. It was a rough 7 nights but I can sleep when we get home. Thanks again for being such fantastic hosts!

Great Location

Condo was pretty nice except for carpet in main area, it was really badly stained. Front door needed replaced or at least painted; & dead bolt was broken. The location was perfect for being on the beach.

Long Beach Resort

Kim’s Condos was so spectacular. The condo was clean. AC was wonderful. Communication is terrific. Location was amazing. The lagoon pool was so beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Both masters are oceanfront. Plenty of space for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very family friendly and oriented.The condo is wonderful and has amazing views of the beach and ocean. The overall cleanliness was good! Some of the dishes were still dirty (had leftover food on them) but other than that it was great!! The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We will for sure choose to stay here again!

Good location but doors don’t lock very well

I stayed over Memorial Day weekend with my wife and three kids. We liked the location, and the spacious bedrooms. The deadbolt to the outside door was extremely loose and had tissue paper stuffed in it. So I’m not sure how strong it was. The sliding door to the beach side patio also does not lock. Which was a concern with three small kids. All in all, we would stay there again if they worked on securing the doors.

Long Beach paradise

From check-in to departure our stay was perfect The condo was very nice and so very clean We really enjoyed the balcony furniture Beach chairs were great to enjoy as we wanted. Condo is so spacious Actually just a wonderful trip because of the cleanliness Will definitely be back Thank You

Family Vacation

Beautiful property with views you can't beat. Great location. Oasis pool is great and the bar served good drinks and snacks. The beach front isn't as crowded as in front of other resorts which is nice too. Have stayed at this resort several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Awesome Rental

Had a previous booking with 2-504 and they canceled 61 days beforehand so they could accommodate their niece or some bull crap. I was able.to find this one which was better at same tower. I suggest using kims condos

Well equipped unit, convenient to beach and pools

The unit was well equipped with kitchen essentials (however no salt or pepper - which may be their policy, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this). Large balcony with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable. My only negative (it has nothing to do with the unit) is the complex seemed to lack some restrictions that we have come to cherish - Extremely loud boom boxes at the pools (and beach) and a lot of smoking around the pool were not against the rules. When we return to PCB will probably stay in another area That said- Kim’s condos was great to work with and would recommend them, this area just wasn’t for us.

Hurricane, then fun!!

We arrived the Tuesday that Hurricane Sally was to arrive in LA. It decided to take a turn and hit Pensacola and Gulf Shores instead. We received lots of Tornado warnings and lots of rain, but we were fortunate that the weather cleared and we were able to enjoy the weather for the remainder of the week! The condo was very nice! We were thankful to have such a nice place to hang out since we had to stay in for a while. Thank you, Kim's condos, for providing a great spot for us to relax! We loved the balcony! There was plenty of room and seating for our family of 6! The provided beach chairs were such an awesome perk!! We will be back!

Great vacation

Would definitely recommend staying in this condo. We have stayed in multiple condos along the gulf, this condo was by far the best. Great outdoor furniture and the second floor view was perfect. Will definitely book with Kims condos again.

Mothers Day Retreat

Amazing is all I can say. Brought my mom and my kids down for a Mothers day get away and mini vacay for the kiddies. The Condo was amazing, clean, just lovely... location was great too. Only thing was the construction near the resort made it a little complicated to get in and out of the resort but anywho it was a wonderful time... I will surely return
