This lovely 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom offers comfortable accommodations for a family of 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Full in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

Enjoy your stay in this nicely decorated 10th floor unit with a fabulous view from your oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and the master bedroom! For your convenience the unit also provides a fully equipped kitchen, a tv in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a washer/dryer.

View is fantastic. The unit master bathroom is extremely small. The couch was old and dingy. The check in and out process was a little inconvenient but the staff and manager were very helpful and responsive. Location was great!!!

The property was clean and the view was amazing. The beach was not over crowded. Beds were comfortable, as well. Read the “what to bring” section of the contract to make sure you have all the things you need, including TP. I liked the location being away from all of the craziness of the main drag on Myrtle Beach.

Great location

This was our first family trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo was perfect for us! We loved the fact that we had private beach access with pool options as well. The unit was very clean and the views of the beach were amazing! We would stay here again!

Wonderful place

This was a great condo in a great location. My family and I had the best time and didn’t want to leave. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed! We will definitely try and get this condo again.

The living room furniture and mattresses in the bedrooms were terrible. Could not get comfortable sitting or lying anywhere in the room.

Overall, we were pleased. However, the living room area was smaller and more narrow than I expected. There isn’t enough seating in the living room for a three bedroom condo. I personally would scoot the couch down and get rid of one of the end tables and add a nice comfy recliner. The balcony was great with nice furniture and great views.We loved the location…North Myrtle is a great area and the beach was beautiful!

Family vacation

Our stay was overall wonderful. Beautiful condo great view. Few minor issues on arrival but messaged realty company and maintenance was out the very next day to fix them. Would definitely recommend this property again. Parking was great as well!!

Summer 2025

Upon inspection of the accommodations, it was observed that the balcony doors were failing to lock. Furthermore, the bedding in the king-sized bed and both twin beds contained sand. An empty Doritos bag was discovered between the mattress and wall of one of the twin beds. The linens on the pull-out couch appeared to be stained with what looked like blood. Our assumption is the sheets werent properly cleaned/redone. The location and view were great, loved that the beach wasnt over crowded. Rental management company was very helpful with initial issues when arriving at condo.

Great location. Quiet and close beach access. Close to bigger attractions. Condo had dated refrigerator that struggled with temp control. Sleeper sofa was dirty and had trash under/in it. Air conditioning vents leaked all over unit. Balcony doors don’t close all the way.

Never again will I stay here

Parking was terrible, the dishwasher doesn’t work ( dishes in the cupboard were disgusting) , the toaster didn’t work . Place needs an overhaul for the price . I’ve been going to Myrtle beach area for 18 years . Worst place ever

Unit was very clean. Make sure you read what’s included-bring toilet paper as there is none provided. No ice cube trays but property management co brought some by. No cable/streaming device for TV in living room. WiFi is super slow. Living room is very small and couch needs replaced. Water temperature and pressure is great. Beach access is great. Key pad access for building was challenging-sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. Sliders in both living room and primary had loose handles and were very hard to open. Property management co came and tightened handles which made it better. Pools are nice, pool deck seating is good. Unit balcony seating is ok. Overall, unit was good-just know there is nothing additional to get your vacay started (TP, salt and pepper, beach towels/chairs, trash bags,etc)

Relaxing by the beach

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Cute condo with great potential! Fantastic views, great atmosphere, easy access to area activities. Plenty of room to move around. I would suggest upgrading things, with competitive properties around the corner that have been updated. Water dripping from every faucet was an issue while trying to sleep. Someone did leave the freezer cracked and the freezer was doing its job and froze over everything inside. No real huge issues and it wouldn’t stop me from renting again.
