Expertly decorated one bedroom carriage house with private entrance and driveway parking. Private location but easy access to downtown and Shoreline. Wonderful walking trails and conveniently located.

We have one bedroom with a Queen bed and another Queen mattress in the living area foldout. Our kitchen is fully equipped with enough appliances and cookware for cooking, baking, and even entertaining!

Washer and Dryer in the main house and available upon request. There is also a packnplay in the carriage house.

Although we are new to VRBO, we have extensive review history on Airbnb. You can view our reviews on their website under One Bedroom Carriage House.

Gorgeous hideaway

I loved the charm and seasonal decore. It was better than a 5 star resort accommodation. The location was perfect for me to attend meetings, get groceries near by and enjoy the trailhead at the end of the driveway!

Peaceful Get Away

The 1 bdrm apt was perfect. Cozy, fully equiped kitchen, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. Most of all it felt like a peaceful, quiet, slice of heaven!

Medical Stay

We came up for surgery at UW Northwest, which is about 1.2 miles from the Hospital. I knew a hotel wouldn’t have the comforts of home for our 3 day stay & this property was a God send. Very Cozy, we felt the comforts of home, immediately. It was decorated for Halloween & had personal touches throughout. Lots of pillows & blankets to make my husband comfortable, post surgery. The only challenge is the bathroom is a bit small, but only a small hiccup. The location is beautiful & serene. A perfect spot for healing. And Meeka & Tony were great hosts who responded to us quickly (non property related) and were very kind. We will stay at this property again, should we come to Seattle for medical or pleasure.

Brilliant place!

We’ve stayed at maybe 30 vacation rentals over the last 10-15 years this is one of the best! Well appointed, fabulously located near Llandover Woods, nicely furnished and and clearly cared for this place is just excellent. We had an issue with the tv and the owner came over and resolved it immediately - truly above and beyond in every possible way. Book your stay!

Home away from home!

This property was amazing! Such a beautiful area with lots of nature nearby. It had all the touches of home. We loved the walking trail that was literally 100 feet from the property. It's about 20 minutes from downtown which is perfect if you have a car and want to see the sights. The hosts are super attentive and quick to respond. And the beds are so comfy! We would definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back!

Cozy home away from home!

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding, and this home was a beautiful home away from home. Worked for our family of 4! We weren’t sure if the pull out couch would work for teens, but ours are younger teens and they said it was pretty comfortable!! The queen was comfortable as well, and it was nice to have a bedroom separated from the LR so we didn’t all have to just change clothes in the bathroom!

wonderful stay!

This charming carriage house was perfect place to stay while in the Seattle area. The location was safe, quiet and cozy, and the place had all the amenities we needed to cook meals and sleep well. Comfortable bed! and great hot shower :) And the communications with the host were great. Thank you!

Wonderful Place, Wonderful People

Meeka was a brilliant host and we had a lovely stay at the carriage house. It had everything we needed and in such a tranquil location. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Seattle.

Great Little Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here-the accomodations were quiet and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is really well appointed. We loved having the greenspace next door, too!

Comfortable, cozy carriage house

Very clean, very comfortable living space, and very comfortable bed. I appreciated the off street parking space and the closeness to a green area with trails. Very good place to stay for a trip to the Seattle area!

Cozy

Most of our time this weekend was spent with old friends at a house nearby. But our mornings and late evening's were at our Carriage. We found it cozy, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and we all had a good night’s sleep! We hope to return someday, if you will have us! ;-)

Great, comfortable stay

Meeka's guest suite was very comfortable and she was a great host. Clear instructions, always very quick to respond, and even offered to help us do our laundry (and did it very quickly). Good, safe location. Highly recommend this stay.
