Sandy Cheeks is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Highland Parks community of Blue Mountain Beach, just off Hwy 30A. Enjoy cooking family meals together in the stunning gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and king beds, the second floor master bedroom features double vanity sinks and a large walk in shower. On the second floor, you will also find a guest bedroom with two queen beds, and a guest bedroom with twin bunkbeds and a queen bed, allowing this spacious home to comfortably sleep 12 guests. Less than a mile to the beach, this home includes amazing neighborhood amenities such as a free form tropically landscaped lagoon pool with whirlpool, community grilling area, and fire pit with comfy chairs and couches - sit, chat and enjoy your favorite drink with your family and friends! This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
