Just a short 4-minute walk from the home lies the stunning seasonally heated community pool, featuring covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls, hot tub, and fire pit. The community also offers a four-story observation tower with dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach. (Seasonally heated March & April.)

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two (2) Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle): The LSV is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. LSV is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
